After being registered with 2 other estate agents and not being able to sell our house. We then decided to go with Sims Williams in Walberton.<br>They sold our house with in a few weeks<br>Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and kept us up-to-date with the process of our property being sold.<br>We would definitely recommend Sims Williams.

We have recently had the pleasure of renting a property through Sims Williams. Julia helped us through the process and I have to say it’s the best experience we’ve had whilst dealing with letting agents. She communicated everything thoroughly, kept in frequent contact with us, was easy to reach on email or by phone and helped answer our queries of which there were several. I have just purchased a property through the Sims Williams agency in Walberton and I was extremely impressed by, and grateful for, the excellent service that I received. Everyone on the team was, without exception, professional, courteous and helpful. I went into the office and said I wanted to visit a property expecting to hear quickly. Nothing. Had to go in again. Not impressed at all. Let’s see if their customer service improves? A nice phone call would’ve been helpful explaining the situation. They come across as entitled and not very helpful.
