Like most people, I share a general disappointment from poor experience from estate agents in the past in communication and efficiency...however, Sims Williams proved us wrong and provided an excellent service from start to finish in both sales and sale pogression. Louise kept us up to date on a regualr basis with regards to the chain and was proactive throughout the process. Thank you Sims Williams.

I have contacted the lettings team over the last 4 months (calling and emailing) with zero return. Ive got an issue to discuss with a Landlord that his renting out the house next to me. The lack of response or even when I call and dont get any deadlines have been very poor!
I will not mention the associate thst was tasked to assist me but I really hope this gets escalated as ive been asking to talk with her Manager as well, only to be ignored as well.
They were my Letting angecy when I bought my house a couple years ago and I would not want to do business with them again.

Excellent from start to finish. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Great follow up and excellent communication. Helped explain the process and kept in touch at all times. Proactively liaised with my estate agent and solicitor so all parties were in the know as soon as possible.
Helped make a stressful time for me less so.
Purchasing my new home through Sims Williams was a good experience.
