We have had two experiences, both of property buying & selling, using Simms Williams & both times their service has been excellent!.
If they tell you that they are going to do something, they do it, it's always easy to speak to one of the team & they are always helpful & friendly.
Would definitely recommend using their services, as they understand the local market extremely well.

From initial consultation and valuation through to completion, the end to end care from Sims Williams was exceptional.
A team of knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff were always on hand and communicative throughtout the process of selling our home and buying a new one.
Being able to clarify any concerns was so important, and the ease of which this could happen was priceless.

We would like to thank the team at Sims Williams Walberton branch for helping us to secure and purchase a lovely new property in Fontwell, West Sussex just a week ago.
When we found ourselves in need of finding a property and being moved in within just 3 weeks the team went above and beyond to ensure we completed on the property within that time, working closely with the developer and our solicitor to ensure the short completion date was achieved for us.
Special thanks to Sophie & Kat who initially helped us to find a property and to Louise & Emma who made sure we were updated and kept informed with their excellent communication and quick response to emails/phone calls. They are a very friendly, helpful, supportive team who take the stress out of property purchase (especially in our case) and we would highly recommend Sims Williams as an estate agent. Thank you all.

Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying).
My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process.
I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Such a brilliant service from a friendly, helpful and professional team who managed the sale of a property.
Excellent communication and quick response to emails/phone calls.
The team at Sims Williams were all up to date with what was going on with the sale and were reassuring, reliable and informative.
I was so impressed with Emma who went 'above and beyond, and I can't thank her enough for this, but also huge thanks to Tamsin, Lynne and Hebe all of who gave a fantastic service.
This is the third time I've used Sims Williams and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I did not get one enquiry let alone a viewing in three months. Clearly pricing was not competitive for the market - they blamed the market. Communication was sporadic and uninformative too
