Terrible experience as tenants of a large family home through Simms Williams. On move in day, they made us come go the office and gave us the wrong keys - this should have been our red flag! A few months into the tenancy, the shower started leaking into the kitchen below. It took nearly four (4) months for them to fix this, meanwhile we couldn’t use the shower and had a 2 year old, plus a brand new baby. Simms Williams did a terrible job of communicating or taking any responsibility for managing the property. Patronising, unclear, slow, always out of office. They suggested at one point that perhaps we could move in with our family if we wanted regular access to a shower. Ultimately, this was a large part of why we left - we had no faith in them supporting us if anything else ever happened.... Read more
