If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would, Matt has been incredible with our sale of our house from start to finish. Nothing was too much to ask even if it was after 5 o’clock, he would still respond to my questions and queries.<br>Thank you to the skippers team for getting us over the finish line. Couldn’t thank you all enough.

Very disappointed with Skippers, do not recommend.<br>Despite the Land Registry document stating clearly that parking is not allowed on the Private Accessway, Skippers are continuing to tell the tenants they installed next door to me that they can park there which causes an obstruction.

This sale would never have happened were not for my incredible diligent estate agent Natalie Hibberd. She was amazing from beginning to end , communication is the key and this girl knows how to communicate between the two parties and their solicitors. My solicitor was useless do much so I’m reporting them to the ombudsman , SRA and partners of the firm - my solicitor did nothing till the last week save for applying for the searches. Were it not for Natalie I would not have known that none of the buyers questions had been answered the list is endless … Truly I would recommend Natalie Hibberd to sell anyone’s property in the whole of the Kent area and please go with her recommendation as to who to use for the conveyancing. Furthermore, not only is Natalie personable, will respond to texts, emails, she clearly loves her job and is a perfection. I cannot recommend her more highly !! A big thank you to Natalie who took the immense stress away from me without her i repeat this said would not have happened! THANK YOU!!!!

Having decided to move house we contacted Trina to help us with this, we have used Trina in our previous moves and she proves yet again the reason we always turn to her, she is courteous and very informative, she takes time to go out her way to keep us informed and to keep the process on track, thank you for everything you have done for us this time, you kept us sane !!

Very professional and friendly service from start to finish. They stayed on top of everything throughout the process, kept us well informed at every stage, and were always available to answer any questions. Their communication was excellent, making what can be a very stressful experience much easier. I would highly recommend them.

I had my property for sale with Andrew and co
They were good to start with then the interest failed
That's when I went to Springbok to sell it was sold within 1 month as with Andrew and co 9 months and no offers
