Great early experience with lots of viewers quickly. But after a couple weeks and views drop off so do they.

The agents at Smart were great. Really knowledgeable, very confident and it felt like they were really passionate about our house, which is what you want when they are selling it. I felt like they were open and honest with everything and we could get hold of someone any time we needed to. They also seem very proactive, chasing up the sales progression when needed.

Lovely company and agents. Like their advertising and photos. Communication not brilliant. Had to ask for a “for sale” sign three times. Had a lot of no shows and once waited three days to even be told.

The team at Smart were always helpful and provided plenty of viewings. Communication was always good and they provided sound advice.

Tom Smaley runs the Exmouth branch of Smarts and he is unusual in his approach, and that is a very, very good thing.
He provides a more personal service to fewer sellers at a time as you only deal with him. And that makes communication very clear. So absolutely clear but non pressurising communication.
He provides regular updates, and a calm un-pushy way of helping sellers in what is currently a difficult market. He conducts every viewing himself.
He clearly has an excellent knowledge of the area and
I’m extremely happy I have chose Smarts Exmouth. It’s a very different model of estate agents and I like it.
