Of all my years renting, smart has been the best letting and property management I have come by. They are friendly, caring, efficient and very responsive. Very pleased with all of the staff at Smart Penryn. We had quite a ‘journey’ trying to sell but Smart were very proactive and helpful with their marketing advice. Kate, Poppy and Adam have been remarkable and should be lauded for the consistently fantastic service they offer to their clients. They have managed my lease from negotiation and agreement to the present day, and at every point they have been flawlessly and immediately communicative, transparent, and helpful. Applying for the house was a difficult process due to external factors, such as guarantors insurance and tenancy changes. However, our agents, Poppy, Adam and Kate were always extremely helpful and polite. The house tour was done very well and a good experience, they answered all questions we had. They always responded to emails extremely quickly and helped us understand the process and were very helpful.

From the moment I moved into the property (Initially with Heather and Lay which then transferred to Smart Estate Agents), Sammy took great care of my account throughout, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience - What a legend!
One of the things that stood out to me about Smart Estate Agent is their exceptional customer service. Kate, in particular, played a crucial role in helping me throughout the transferring company process. She was always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Her knowledge and professionalism were evident, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
I was also fortunate to have Adam assist me during my time with Smart Estate Agent. It was a great relief to know that I had a reliable and dedicated team looking after the property I rented.
When the time came to return the keys, I visited their office, and I was impressed to find Sammy, Kate, and Adam all present. Always helpful and great to deal with, Kay Patmore especially went above and beyond the other day when I needed to pick up my keys. I was driving in from Wales and had many delays that made me miss my key pick up appointment at the house. Kay was kind enough to stay after closing time for the agency at the offices to allow me enough to time to pick up my keys as it was my only chance to do so due to personal matters.
I'm so grateful and greatly appreciate all the help I received that day and all help that myself and roommates have been given as we've moved into our new rental managed by them.
