I’m very happy to recommend Spencer’s Estate Agents in Wigston. They provided an honest valuation/assessment of our property which helped to ensure it was successfully sold within a relatively short timeframe. The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.
