I can’t say anything other than they are a WONDERFUL team who have almost become like friends over a 6 month, very tricky sale of our house. They were so pleasant, communicated well and went out of their way to make sure our sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I want to thank Shanya who even went out to a viewing one evening when we were away. She is so smiley, friendly, and incredibly efficient! Jo the manager again has such a warm personality and was always reassuring when things got unsettled with our vendors. Steff was great too and although came in later on in our sale, was always “on the case”. Can’t forget Mike either who valued our property in the beginning and was very good at explaining the whole selling procedure to us. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone selling a house in this area.

Thank you Shanaya! Our house moving experience wasn’t the smoothest due to terrible solicitor practise however, Shanaya went above and beyond to ensure we secured our new property. She even took the time to check in on us to see if there was anything we needed and we felt cared for during the process and nothing was ever too much to ask.<br>Thanks again Shanaya!

We can't speak highly enough of Spencers Wigston. The entire team is oustanding.<br><br>Shaniya, our Sales Negotiator, was second to none! She was proactive, responsive and an excellent communicator throughout the sales process.<br><br>We firmly believe that this sale would have fallen apart if it were not for Shaniya’s tenacity. She truly made us feel like we were her only customer. Nothing was too much trouble, and when she said she would do something she did it, and regularly exceeded expectations even in the most challenging circumstances.

Having recently completed our sale and purchase, we're incredibly grateful to the team at Spencers for helping us get there.<br><br>From the outset, Mike was honest, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in advising us on the best approach to our sale. What stood out even more was his willingness to act as a sounding board and offer advice on the property we were purchasing, despite it not being a Spencers listing. His guidance gave us confidence throughout the process that we were pitching our sale at the right level (and ensuring we were not overpaying too much on our purchase!).<br><br>Once our sale was agreed, we found ourselves in an exceptionally slow-moving chain with several periods where the whole transaction felt at risk. It was during these challenging moments that Spencers really demonstrated their value.<br><br>Were are especially grateful to Shaniya, whose perseverance, persistence, and determination were instrumental in getting everything over the line. She consistently went above and beyond, chasing progress, keeping everyone informed, and fighting our corner when others seemed unable to move things forward. During the most critical stages of the transaction, her efforts were invaluable.<br><br>Buying and selling property can be incredibly stressful, but knowing we had such a dedicated team supporting us made all the difference. The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.
