I used mortgage advisor Cem to get onto the property ladder.<br>Cem has been a great support during a very difficult process, answering every query and worry call/email; being honest and upfront which has helped me to learn and develop my knowledge of the market process and still remaining supportive and positive for me with what I had chosen.<br>I was able to trust Cem to do what was best for me and my circumstances; changing the mortgage deal to get me a better rate. I am not worrying so much about what money I have leftover.<br>Furthermore, Cem has encouraged a meeting next year to plan ahead for my mortgage renewal. This helps my neurodiverse brain; no last minute stress and pressure if it was left until last minute and, helps me to financial plan.<br>Thank you Cem for all your help.

Our experience with Spencers was extremely disappointing. We were not informed that the property was subject to probate, despite this being important information that should have been made clear from the outset. This led to avoidable inconvenience and additional expense.<br><br>After raising a formal complaint, the matter was handled by Connells' customer relations team rather than the Spencers branch. They investigated our concerns thoroughly and ultimately resolved the complaint to our satisfaction by providing a full refund, for which we are grateful.<br><br>While I appreciate the way Connells handled the complaint, it does not change our experience with Spencers. I hope the branch improves its communication so future buyers are given key information at the earliest opportunity.

Big shout out to Mia from the viewings team, she was really friendly and helpful on my viewings and was always early to the appointment, a credit to Spencers thank you :)<br><br>I actually bought the property with Spencers, everyone was really friendly and helpful! We had a very protracted purchase and completion day was far from smooth because of legal delays but Stephanie worked tirelessly throughout to keep things moving and to make sure we finally could collect keys on completion day. When she was on annual leave Shania went above and beyond to make sure that the purchase was kept on track.

We recently viewed a property with Jo at Spencers and she was fantastic throughout. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. On top of that, she had a great sense of humour which made the viewing relaxed and enjoyable. A real credit to the team – thank you, Jo!

Me and my partner have recently purchased our first home and I could not be more happy that I chose Cem to be our mortgage advisor. He was by our side throughout disappointment and happiness and definitely made our experience that is typically a stressful into exactly the opposite. He was kind, patient and knew how to explain things to a couple that had no idea what they were doing! It is safe to say I will use Cem for any house I purchase in the future.

The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.
