Overvalued then wanted to reduce the price a week later. Poor communication. Wrong info on listing - didn’t come across as being pro-active. Would not recommend.

I would definitely recommend using Starkings & Watson to sell a property again in the future.
Very pleased with the service following the first appointment to provide a valuation and then throughout the journey to secure a buyer.
The app which provides insight on booked appointments and feedback was incredibly useful and allowed me to understand the views or prospective buyers swiftly post viewing.
Delighted to have received multiple offers above asking price and the support from the post sales team (Charly) was spot on.
Delighted to complete today and would recommend the Costessey office for others looking to sell.
