Absolutely shocking experience with this landlord. The property was in an unacceptable condition when we moved in—infested with beetles and fleas, with pupes and urine in the bathroom. Despite reporting these issues, the landlord refused to fix them, leaving us to sort everything ourselves out of our own pocket. To make matters worse, when we deducted the costs from the rent (which we had no choice but to do), they labelled it as rent arrears and demanded we pay it back monthly—while promising to pay us back separately to “help with tax,” which seems completely inappropriate and possibly illegal. We even improved the property ourselves, providing a brand new carpet at a heavily discounted rate and installing a £200 shower pump, yet received no appreciation—only more hassle. Once moved out after making this horrible house a lovely home ready for there next tenants there now claiming £500 from deposit Overall, very unprofessional, unhelpful, and stressful to deal with. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting from this agency... Read more
