Viewed a property and kept up to date with them had to chase them for an answer. I called back several times talked to people who apparently, didn't have a clue. Got an answer on my 5th call to be told they "unfortunately had accepted another offer. If I'd called sooner I'd of been accepted." ?????????.untrustworthy and a complete waste of time.

Was really disappointed with their services, first of all I was provided wrong information about the length of tenancy of the apartment I was interested in. The person who showed me the house was nice but rest of the team who managed communications were terrible, they wouldn't reply back or talk on calls. Even when they did they would act rudely, it was shocking to see how unprofessional they were.

Very professional team. Made my transaction as a first time buyer stress free and kept me updated throughout without me even having to ask once. Hat off to Rebecca and Katy who took all of my questions and provided a top notch service. Would recommend them all day, every day.
