Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to come off the market. We had very few viewings (1 between January and July and one the previous year.) The viewings seemed to be done very professionally and the staff always seem very professional. However, not sure why so few viewings, if it is the market, wrong evaluation of our house or whether agents could have been more proactive.

Having previously used another agent, the difference between the two was massive. All staff gave off a friendly and knowledgeable air, I really appreciated their honest appraisal and marketing at the right price. Would definitely recommend.
