Set up was great and I was drawn to the fact there is a team who support the sale completion activities through - just starting out on this. Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing. Then a flurry of activity which led to an offer.

Abbie Salter, had patiently shown us multiple properties, before showing us around our dream house. At every stage of our move she acted with professional dignity and was sympathetic to the obstacles we had to overcome. Although she was not our seller she went over and above every expectation we could ever hope for in an estate agent to make completion happen.<br>We are forever indebted to Abbie and the team at Strackers for making our move a pleasant experience.

In a very long, drawn out and at times frustrating house move. The one person who really progressed our move was Abbie, she was brilliant. From being the first person to show us round the house to being the one who took over the sale progress side of things, she was always updating us and tackling the solicitors on our behalf. Can’t sing her praises high enough!

We've had a really positive experience with the team so far while buying our house. Winnie has been incredibly encouraging, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or updates, making what can be a stressful process feel much easier. Abigail has also been fantastic, doing everything she can to keep things moving and make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Their communication and support have been excellent throughout, and we'd happily recommend them.

My wife and I were visiting the Malmsbury area visiting friends when we became aware of a house for sale in Hullavington village which was of interest for us. This was at 1230 on the day we were due to return home to Cornwall. I immediately telephoned the Strakers office in Malmesbury to enquire whether there was any possibility of a viewing. Winnie took my call, and after a few minutes whilst she checked with the vendors whether a short-notice visit would be ok, she confirmed an appointment for 3 pm later that afternoon. Although the property didn't quite match up to our requirements just having the opportunity to have a viewing without having to make a return trip from Cornwall was extremely helpful. Thank you Winnie.

We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!
