The worst lettings/estate agency I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. All staff dealt with have been incredibly unpleasant, contentious, arrogant, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This includes the practice manager who failed to respond appropriately or professionally to a complaint. I am contemplating taking further action.... Read more

I’m not convinced by Strakers. My property was on the market with them for 7 months (inclusive of lockdown) and I only had 5 viewings. While the initial valuation was good and the brochure of good quality, the service I received was lacking. Agents were very slow to provide feedback from viewings, if they did at all. While my property was on the market with them the same chap who valued my property valued a bigger property in the same street at the same price so I had to bring down my asking price. Seems silly when he obviously knew what he’d valued mine at! He was either being over-ambitious valuing mine or didn’t really have a grasp on local property values. I since switched to Connells who re-strategised and sold my property within two weeks!... Read more

Under no circumstances use the Devizes Management for letting someone. Like one of the previous reviews on here we had to fight to get back our deposit after they had claimed that the house was spotless. Eventually we defeated most of their assertions & paid a very small sum. Without doubt these people are mendacious, untrustworthy & useless. Stay well away.... Read more
