I am selling a house in St Neots although I don't live there. Thomas Morris organised loads of viewings which resulted in an acceptable offer within about a week. They kept me informed of progress and feedback all the time. Very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

As an estate agent they have been really good property sold in two weeks and they helped with everything along the way. They are friendly helpful and offer good advice. I would say though the conveyancing is not worth the extra money nearly £2000 more than most the others and have not done anything spectacular to justify that additional cost.

I recently chose Thomas Morris to market a property for me. In everything, and at all times, no matter which member of the team I spoke with, they were professional in their approach whilst being caring and sensitive to my needs as a client. The responses to any queries were always comprehensive and clear and delivered in a timely fashion. The team's approach to the sale of my property was not a typical 'put it on the internet and hope'. At the outset, we had a full, and frank, discussion about my property and the market. Excellent, informed guidance was provided. From these a full and flexible marketing strategy was defined and implemented accurately. In a very difficult market I was treated to realistic appraisals of what was happening and the repercussions for the prospects of a sale. Appropriate realignments were discussed, agreed and put in to action. The result has been the generation of realistic interest in the property and an offer very close to the asking price. This is not the first time I have used Thomas Morris. It most certainly will not be the last.
