Completed on our new home yesterday through Thomas Morris. Everyone in the St Ives office that we dealt with was always polite, professional and helpful. Always returned our calls if they were busy. We dealt with several different members of staff, and they were all knowledgeable about their property portfolio, and if they couldn’t answer our queries they found someone who could. As tenants, we have had an excellent property management relationship with Thomas Morris for nearly six years. What we have experienced was reliable communication and exceptional professionalism. Most notably, we have had a difficult end of tenancy with Covid limitations and furloughs making everything harder but Sharon Sculpher has made absolutely everything here manageable. Immediate communication, working beyond normal hours, kind, supportive and unfailing in her attitude, we have truly appreciated and enjoyed working with her. I couldn’t recommend Thomas Morris enough and if you get to work with Sharon, consider yourself very lucky.

Sean, Joe and Julie provided excellent service at every stage, particularly given the challenging circumstances in the latter stages caused by the Covid crisis. They communicated clearly and provided regular updates on progress.

A friendly team that went the extra mile to ensure a smooth sale and purchase process. Our property sold within a fortnight and we have achieved exchange of contracts in two months despite Covid.
