We are writing to share our deeply disappointing experience while interacting with someone in this agency egarding the property in Northfields/Ealing. ( I do not want to give the name of the agent but internal people will know) As first-time buyers, the process of purchasing a home is already quite daunting. We were hoping for a professional who could guide us, or at the very least, treat us with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite.
From the outset, communication was extremely difficult. Our emails were ignored altogether. This lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like our interest was not valued.
Furthermore, when we did manage to communicate, this agent's attitude was consistently dismissive and snobbish. Before even discussing our financial position, we were met with comments implying the property was "not for us" and condescending questions like, "Well, do you even have a budget for this?" This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply insulting. We felt pre-judged and belittled simply for wanting to view a property. We found a property we wanted and purchased it via another estate agent but want to address this now to ensure future clients, especially first-time buyers, receive the professional and respectful service they deserve.

Tuffin and Wren were professional and knowledgeable. They got us the right buyer for our current home and a great price.

Very disappointed. We were sold promises of multiple offers, told to decrease our price as a way to get our original asking price via multiple offers which we were hesitant to do but we did anyway, trusting them like they said. Viewings were rushed, agents arrived late. We did everything advised but they couldn't deliver despite so much of the viewing feedback being so positive about the house. We had to chase to get detailed feedback, chase to confirm viewings, communication was poor, email inboxes were always full so emails sent weren't going through. We had numerous viewings and interest in the house which is in fantastic condition but they somehow couldn't close on it. We have since gone with another agent and wouldn't recommend Tuffin and Wren. The experience was highly stressful overall.

Communication is a real problem with these guys, viewings don't happen, you're not advised. Emails not replied too, changed estate agents after 17 weeks
