I’d had a few estate agents and was struggling to sell it , I had 2 sellers that pulled out at the last minute. However when I changed to watersons they were confident that it would sell and I went with them in February and it was sold in may.

They made sure they notified me when the viewings would be taking place. Potential buyers were always accompanied by a member of staff who always made sure the property was secure when they left. My sales negotiator was friendly and helpful and easy to get hold of.

The manager Helen is really helpful and provides excellent advice without being pushy.

Really bad time to sell but didn't have a great experience. Unrealistic valuation and not proactive. We had to suggest pricing drops and direction changes in order to attract fresh views. They weren't 100% bad but I'd hoped for more.

Enthusiastic approach and initial marketing. Reasonably frequent updates. Only 4 viewings in 3 months, reduction in price suggested after 2 months. I changed estate agents
