They made sure they notified me when the viewings would be taking place. Potential buyers were always accompanied by a member of staff who always made sure the property was secure when they left. My sales negotiator was friendly and helpful and easy to get hold of.

Really bad time to sell but didn't have a great experience. Unrealistic valuation and not proactive. We had to suggest pricing drops and direction changes in order to attract fresh views. They weren't 100% bad but I'd hoped for more.

Very good experience, very responsive. Always returned calls when said they would. Got a really good price for my home and tried to fit in block viewings where possible so as to minimise disruption. I didn't have to chase them for anything.
