We could not have asked for better service than that given by the team at Watsons, Sheringham. We were selling a slightly unusual house and care was taken by Watsons to market it in the most appropriate way. We had a quick sale, at the full asking price, but there were one or two issues that needed expect attention. Watsons kept us informed at all times and were very good at liaising with buyers, solicitors and developers. I had not realised just how much work estate agents do and how important it is to have expert staff. A special mention for Nick and Sarah who looked after us. I have no hesitation in recommending Watsons and would definitely use them again. Just need someone to help

According to Google moving house is the third most difficult life event, but the team at Watson were wonderfully supportive through the whole process. From taking photos at the beginning to finally handing over the keys to the new owner they were always there with kindly help. They were there to advise and assist with the several problems that arose by being in a chain of buyers and sellers. Often a member of the team would provide information to facilitate progress to the next stage even if it did not directly involve them. We are very grateful for their friendly advice and efforts.

We used Watsons both for the sale of our flat and for the purchase of our new home.
