We viewed early March about a week after selling our house. After our offer was accepted we viewed a couple of times with family in tow. No problems during purchase, completed at end of May. Staff very approachable and helpful during this time.

I bought recently through Watsons and found that they were incredibly helpful and communicative to me from the moment I first spotted the property online. They even gave me my first viewing on WhatsApp as I was temporarily immobile and could not travel to view. My own sale had a few hiccups and delays and Watsons were very proactive in holding the chain together and keeping everyone cheerful throughout the process. Thank you Watsons.

Awful customer service, I called into branch to make an enquiry about a property. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful and generally left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I would rather purchase with a different estate agent.
