Watsons were very patient with us in the early stages when we were thnking of selling. They came twice to give us advice on what needed prioritising to make house ssle worthy. We then had a difficult time (not Watsons fault). The house we wanted came off the market, but we eventually found something else. Our house sale was delayed because of poor solicitors lower in chain. At all stages Watsons were friendly and helpful. Also it didn't matter if one agent was away, someone else would always get back to you. As I say the actual move was very stressful because of other parties. Watsons allowed me to rant and vent. They responded in a professional manner to me. If we moved again, we would use them. They might not be the cheapest but they care about the sale etc I think that about covers it.

We first viewed the property with Ian knowing it was empty and having informed him we we weren't buying just looking to see if we liked the idea of living in an apartment, we were impressed with the encouragement he gave us and decided to put our property on the market to test the water.
Having sold ours in a day we weren't overly impressed with the 2 later viewings, not with Ian, as we had to fit in with their arrangements and times and felt we were being rushed and were never left alone to discuss things between ourselves and the lady wasn't particularly knowledgeable about the apartment or very complementary about Sheringham either.
On the day of completion nobody was available to meet us at the property to hand us the keys and we had to go and collect them ourselves the next day.

Disappointing!
A gentleman from the Sheringham branch recently valued my property. He immediately started to prepare me for bad news about the sales price although it took him forever to get to the point. My property is well maintained and has been updated to a very high standard that suits everyone's taste. Yet he massively undervalued it because of the "current financial uncertainty". It was my impression that he was keen on selling the property at a low price so that they could make a quick sale and get their hands on the commission. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and they always say that they work for the client. In reality they're a business and work for themselves.
I was immediately put off by his patronising attitude. Needless to say I won't be using this office for the sale of my property.

Watsons have recently sold my mothers home for last 24 years in Sheringham. They truly did a great job. Not only did they keep me up to date on developments but they sensitivity deal with my 82 year old mother, knowing what stressful business selling and buying can be. They sold the house very quickly (well twice actually!) and then were very helpful throughout the remainder of the process. Overall a super service by the ladies in Watsons!

However throughout the process Watsons kept us informed of the problems the seller was having and what they were doing to overcome their problems. Highly Recommended. Watsons quickly sold the retirement flat and, when that fell through a few days later, within a week had found a second buyer. Regrettably my conveyancer was not particularly effective, contactable or speedy. Watsons acted on my behalf providing a second channel passing on information they obtained from the purchasers solicitors to enable me to chase my solicitors to act.
