Worst people I had to deal with, honestly! I don't know how they're still in business. They don't even listen to what you tell them on the phone, their standard reply for everything is to fill their online form, so they can get back to you with a questionnaire, so you can fill in the questionnaire, so they can arrange a viewing. I tried to do this for a month, calling them every other day because I was not receiving their damn questionnaire (they refused to let me answer the questions over the phone), then they booked the viewing of the wrong property and forgot to cancel even after I told them over the phone that I was never interested to view that property. After a month of this hell, they finally told me the property was not suitable for pets (which was NOT on the ad). They're a joke!

We recently completed our house purchase with Wellington Wise and we are absolutely happy with everything. From the beginning to the completion, Darren, Paula and the team were absolutely brilliant. They were always ready to answer any of our questions and helped the process go smoothly. Strong five stars.

The royston branch were excellent and offered lots of support and help with a chain that had challenges. Without them I don't think I would have completed in the end!

Wellington Wise were brilliant from start to finish! Having had difficulties with a previous estate agent, Wellington Wise were a breath of fresh air and the agents we worked with were knowledgeable, informative and always helpful. I would definitely recommend using Wellington Wise for a smooth experience.

Terrible agent. They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.

Well what can I say about this agency? Don't recommend any landlord from using it. There is a house on market for ages and we just found it. Very interested in it and tried to contact the agency to book a viewing. If the house is as pictures showed, we plan to take it. However, the process of booking a viewing has been immensely frustrating. I was asked to fill an email enquiry and of course no one replied. I called again, and got told that I will be contacted in due time...No wonder the property has been on the market for so long without any luck - the agency's attitude drives potential customers away.
