I had a wonderful experience from day one with Wellington Wise. My house originally sold in 24 hours, though sadly the buyer then had to pull out. The team were very efficient at getting my house back on the market and selling it quickly for a second time. The communication was excellent and any time I called, each person I spoke with knew what was happening with my sale.
I spoke with Sarah, Simon, Mike and Charley who were all so friendly, hard working and helpful. I felt like they really cared and were supportive throughout. Sarah went above and beyond by driving to my buyer with paperwork which needed to be signed on more than one occasion. Without this my chain would have collapsed so I am beyond grateful! I was very impressed with the service I received and would recommend Wellington Wise to anyone wishing to sell.

Thought valuation was optimistic, but marketing materials were excellent and sale at asking price agreed within just few days.
