We recently bought a house in the Royston area, with Lucy from Wellington Wise acting as the sales EA. We had an excellent experience during the process. All viewings of the house were arranged promptly, and any questions we had of the seller were communicated and responded to quickly. Recommend their service for anyone interested in selling/purchasing in the area.

Wellington Wise were truly fantastic assisting in the recent sale of our home. Communication was excellent and regular throughout, they are a very organised team, always polite, friendly, enthusiastic but also realistic, even when phoning to deliver bad news - which we really appreciated. And one of their most valuable assets is their dedicated "closer" - who we honestly feel forever indebted to! She genuinely cared about the completion deadline we were aiming for due to the impact missing it would have on our children, and she honestly worked so so hard, regularly checking in with lawyers and chivvying the entire chain, and reporting back to us. I don't believe any of the other agents in the chain were doing anywhere near that level of work. Thank you so much Wellington Wise - we'd recommend you in a heartbeat.
