They are the most incapable useless bunch of estate agents I have ever dealt with.
2017- since 2015, 9 years ago they were my rental company. We had a 6 month rolling contract for 3 years which we had to cut short due to buying a house. They said we are in breach of contract and were trying to get us to pay up front for 6 months. When they spoke to our landlord, she said as long as they have a replacement tenant she doesn't mind. They also tried to charge us hundreds of pounds for damage to grass in the back garden (this was January, so the grass growth was completely dormant hence why it looked so bad). They claimed they fixed the grass and when we went around our friends house next door a few weeks later , the grass of course looked the exact same as it was the middle of winter!
Fast forward to now, we are dealing with these people in a housing chain as we are trying to buy a new house. Our chain has just collapsed due to these incapable agency taking an offer on our buyers' house from people who don't have a viable source of funds. 5 months of waiting , paperwork, preparation, booking a van to move- pointless. We are back to square one and trying to re list our house now, 2 weeks before a general election, while potentially losing out on our dream house and losing a lot of cash. AVOID AVOID AVOID- ensum Brown all day!

I have found dealing with Wellington Wise very easy and as the property was subject to probate that took an extended period to complete they continued to stay in touch but not to the extent that it was overbearing.
Their attention to detail and balancing the right amount of interaction was absolutely spot on for my circumstances.
The advice and guidance through each part of the process was first class and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The Professional and Friendly team at Wellington Wise Royston were always reliable, friendly, easy to reach and communicate with and sold our home in a difficult market.
We worked with many members of the team, all of which were friendly and supportive during our sale.

We purchased our first house with WW and from start to finish they were extremely helpful, patient and quick to respond to questions (we had LOTS of Qs about the process etc ????). They also checked in with us regularly and were extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend ??

Terrible agent. They told us less than 24 hours before we were due to move in that the house wasn't ready, making us homeless. 3 days before that, they guaranteed the house would be ready and that we could move in. Mostly the idiot landlord's fault, but they could have checked rather than making promises they couldn't possible keep. Not sure how this is allowed with no consequences in this day and age Very disappointing. No stars, but Google insist on putting something.
