I would certainly recommend Wood and Pilcher to anybody looking in the area.They were always professional,supportive and responsive throughout our property purchase. I know the seller was particularly demanding at times and required them to show extreme patience. Thanks to Mike and Tom for all your help it has been very much appreciated.

As a family we cannot do justice in words to the entire Wood & Pilcher Crowborough Team , as we have now purchased 2 x properties through them and they are simply light years ahead of the competitors , in terms of everything - from viewings to advice and to finally getting the paperwork across the line !!!

Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them. Would highly recommend them.
