W&P kept us informed at every stage of the process and each member of the team in Heathfield was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. When the first sale fell through, they pulled out all the stops to find another buyer. We felt throughout that we were in safe hands and that they were in our corner. Even after the sale was complete, Ryan dropped some important post at our new home, going above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend the whole team there highly enough.

Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them. Would highly recommend them.

Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.
