I would describe Keith and his team at Wood & Pilcher as being: friendly, personable and professional with a high degree of integrity and customer service. They are knowledgeable, highly competent with a great understanding of market conditions and the local market.
Perhaps the stand-out feature that gave us that greater confidence in Wood & Pilcher and knowing that we were in safe hands was that when others were offering advice, Wood & Pilcher were advising the opposite and on each occasion Wood & Pilcher proved to be correct!
I would have no hesitation in using Wood & Pilcher again.

Initially a very promising agent. However, 10 weeks and only 1 viewing so I thought it time to change to someone else. Appreciate the market challenges but there is no excuse to keep to a notice period when you aren't performing. Especially when no viewing can happen during the majority of that period - as was the case. Very disappointed. How anyone can intentionally and vindictively hinder people desperate to sell their property is beyond me. Pleas for rational behaviour fall on deaf ears. Don't sign a contract with these people is my advice.

Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.
