Awful company. AVOID AT ALL COST
Flat is full of black mould and they’ve said to keep the window open, wipe the condensation and run a dehumidifier (at my cost) Also said it’s because I dry my clothes inside but I don’t have a dryer and I can’t dry them outside it’s winter and I don’t have a garden.
They are refusing to acknowledge it’s an actual issue and not my fault. I have reported them to the council and won’t be dropping this. It also took them over 2 months to respond to me after my first report of the black mould.
