6th Apr 2024 (5 mo. ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Walked me through the process, explained everything and is just who you need on your side when buying or selling your home. His team at the office were also really helpful any time I called. He's got a brilliant support of businesses that he recommended which has made selling my house and absolute breeze. Great experience. Thank you Colin and everyone involved.

From organising the survey, photos and advertising, through to conducting most of the viewings, Gary was extremely approachable and professional at all times. We felt very comfortable with him showing people around our house and he did this with the utmost respect. This all resulted in a successful sale and happy customers!.png)

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.
31st Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I selected Northwood after meeting a number of other local estate agents and solicitors. They clearly knew the local market and their valuation was spot on with the Home Report. Dealing with them in person, by phone and email was always straightforward and most important, the viewings started almost immediately followed sooner than I had expected by an acceptable offer. As a seller this is all you can ask for.

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
