The value of my property had been considerably played down by another agent who succeeded not only in making the property seem worthless, but also ridiculing me for considering it to be marketable at all! CCL could not have been more different! They valued the property at 33% higher than the first agency and they were excited and enthusiastic about achieving more. Within two weeks they had arranged and set up an extraordinary number of viewings and within a month have received three notes of interest through solicitors. All indications are that a price well in excess of the asking price will be achieved. Staff contact and communication is excellent and the whole process has been made as painless as possible. I am very grateful to CCL Property and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.
14th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

3rd Sep 2024 (30 days ago)A very difficult thing to do, having to sell my Dads house. Daniel & Siubhan at Your Move made this as easy as it could possibly be. Communications were good and the way the house advertised on the market using multi media and 3D technology was very impressive. We don't live close to the house, so they took care of everything regards viewings etc.

From organising the survey, photos and advertising, through to conducting most of the viewings, Gary was extremely approachable and professional at all times. We felt very comfortable with him showing people around our house and he did this with the utmost respect. This all resulted in a successful sale and happy customers!

We had a few complications during the purchase but Amy was amazing and helped with every question that we had. We are from England originally so we had a few extra questions on the procedures in Scotland but Amy held our hand and guided us through the whole process. I would strongly recommend the services of Amy and Strutt and Parker they have been really amazing from start to finish.

5th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
30th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)No communication. Constantly had to chase up for information. Finally decided to wirhdraw the property from the market as lost confidence in Hamish Homes selling the property and had it rented out through a different Estate Agent within a week
