They even secured me a buyer no messing around but unfortunately matters beyond my control I couldn’t go ahead and once again they were understanding and patient. Once the situation changes I will be going back to shipways. They are the best literally - well done shipways

25th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Had offer accepted then 2 months later into sale the buyer could not afford it after supposedly being checked for finances said I had 6 viewings only had 1 feel all thes companies just try to keep up the figures to make it look like they are performing

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
