The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

They acted professional, helpfully and keep us abreast of how the process was going. What more they always did what they said they would and did it on time. The guidance of both Emily and Rodger was invaluable and made the whole purchase process so much less stressful Brilliant job Earles Alas the same can not be said of our vendors agents

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

3rd Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was buying a property via King Homes The sale of my property fell through I informed Kong Homes immediately Several weeks later the house i was buying was put back on the market without even bothering to inform me It came up on my emails via Right Move I was prepared to pay the extra stamp duty but was never given that opportunity. Even my solicitor was shocked at such shocking treatment. King homes even had the cheek to offer to sell my home for me. Which I would have never accepted after such shocking service.

She seemed to know the market well and got a good price quickly for my property. She was also very good value for money ! I would thoroughly recommend her.
17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Matthew Corrall of Crabb Curtis demonstrated his professionalism from his very first visit to value our property ahead of its sale.<br><br>Not only is Matthew a very personable individual, but he was also the most prepared of the several estate agents who valued our home. His level of thoroughness impressed me immediately.<br><br>Matthew provided a TV-quality video walkthrough of my property, alongside high-quality photographs and impressive aerial drone footage. His timing was efficient, and he was flexible in accommodating our schedule from start to finish. His knowledge of marketing and the local property market proved invaluable, resulting in all of our viewings being completed within a single weekend and the forthcoming offers to purchase following quickly.<br><br>His valuation of my property and estimated timescale for the sale were accurate to the last pound, and we sold within the predicted timeframe with very little stress.<br><br>Most importantly, Matthew offered a genuinely personal approach that gave us confidence and reassurance throughout the transaction. We were selling our first home after living there for ten years, so it wasn’t an easy decision to leave. However, Matthew went above and beyond his role by answering our questions, offering thoughtful advice when appropriate, and guiding us whenever we needed support.<br><br>Crabb Curtis also adopted a refreshingly no-pressure approach, which was a welcome contrast to the high-pressure, often condescending tactics employed by some of their competitors.<br><br>I would highly recommend Crabb Curtis, and Matthew in particular. This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.

Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????

16th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Oakmans did not sell my house ? Not sure why it’s saying they did your end. They were ok at the start but, photographer was great really friendly . Found them hard to communicate with, always someone different and they didn’t seem to know what was going on. The team were pleasant enough just think they have too many properties and you get lost amongst it all. Felt like it was just a numbers game, stack as many as possible and see which one sells.- 21st Jul 2026 (8 days ago)Professional service. Communication was good. Advice was good.
