The entire process, from October to March, was impressively quick and smooth. One of the standout qualities was their in-depth knowledge of the market. As soon as I considered selling, they provided a comprehensive report covering current market conditions, insights on my street, and buyer demand. This gave me great confidence from the outset. They were never pushy, but always responsive and proactive in keeping me informed. I particularly appreciated their honesty—both about the state of the market and realistic expectations for the sale price. The marketing was excellent. The photos of my property looked fantastic, and they even arranged the Energy Performance Certificate on the same day, which minimised disruption—especially important as I work from home. They also recommended and coordinated with a solicitor who was equally reliable and efficient. Together, they worked seamlessly, and communication throughout the process was consistently clear and timely. Although no major issues arose, I have no doubt they would have handled any challenges quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable estate agent, I would highly recommend Jeremy McGinn & Co. If I ever move again, they will be my first call! So, a massive thank you to the whole team for all their effort at the Alcester office. I appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Very poor experience with this agency.<br>There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.<br><br>Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.

22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)When choosing Avon, communication between myself and Avon, and between Avon and potential buyers was top of my priority. The director was great and didn't great sales pitch. After that communication wasnt great, messages between staff weren't passed on. Information of who to contact after agreeing a sale wasnt clear and the 2 viewers who made offers came after my husband showed them around the house. All in all not the best experience from us. The team however are always polite and friendly.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. 18th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Having recently sold my property through Sanders & Sanders in Alcester, I wanted to say a genuine thank you to Warren, Steph, Amelia and the rest of the team.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale turned into quite a lengthy and complicated process, with various legal and leasehold issues to navigate. Throughout it all, the team remained approachable, helpful and committed to getting things over the line.<br><br>What I particularly appreciated was the personal approach. Warren is refreshingly down-to-earth, straightforward to deal with and always happy to exchange a bit of humour, even when things were getting frustrating. The whole team were patient, responsive and helpful in navigating the inevitable complications along the way.<br><br>It's nice dealing with an independent local business where you feel you're speaking to actual people rather than just being another transaction.<br><br>We got there in the end! Thanks again to everyone at Sanders & Sanders. I'd happily recommend them.

They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.

They were professional, friendly and helpful all the way through and no matter how many times I called they were quick to respond. The level of communication could not have been better and they followed everything through at every stage. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone needing an estate agent. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year. Thanks Becki and Dave ????
