The viewing was straightforward and easy to set up, the chap who showed me around the property was friendly and honest, and Suzanah was great at keeping me updated throughout the buying process. Calders were generally quick to reply, whether to me or my conveyancing solicitor, and I appreciate their help.

9th Apr 2024 (26 weeks ago)We had a bad experience with this company for Liasoning between the house owner and tenants. There seems to be a biased opinion and didn't support tenants for genuine tenancy issues. Completely inexperienced staff to deal with.

Landlords / owners of properties want to be careful when they believe that agencies are doing well this work.

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.

4 Cremorne Walk, Cremorne Road, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, B75 5AL(77 reviews)24th Sep 2024 (11 days ago)We had initially planned to use one of the big estate agents in Sutton (like Acres or Paul Carr) but as soon as I met Kim from Wilkins I knew that she was the agent I wanted to use. She was so friendly and efficient (to the point where she came over to meet us, we agreed to use and the pictures were taken by 4pm). Our property was marketed at the same price as quoted by other agents, and was sold the day after marketing for asking price, via a blocked booking which Kim hosted. Things we loved about Kim and Wilkins *Efficient *Excellent communication (whatsap group) *Love their instagram and social networking (which I think other big names lack). *Block booking (only had to clean the hosue once) *Local and based in Mere Green (prior to using I thought they were just based in Tammworth) *Work for commision (percentage of property rather than set fee). I think that this is turn would encourage Wilkins to sell the property for as much as possible, which makes you feel like they are really getting the best for you. Thank You Kim (and the rest of the team) at Wilkins you are all amazing and would use you again in a heart beat x
