They worked hard to find the right buyer for the sale and helped with aligning everything my house buy purchase. Special mentions to the girls Evie, Victoria, and Anne who all helped get everything sorted. I was very happy with the service provided.
16th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Before appointing an estate agent I checked the local market and Xact appeared to be the most active. They maintained contact with us during the very supressed 2023/early 2024 market and followed up quickly on the viewings we've had and the offer we've now accepted.

21st May 2022 (1 year ago)I feel completely let down with my experience I first started being a landlord with smarthomes dickens Heath and paid for the best service so they said. I never received that amazing service and was always climbing mountains to get information about my property and favoured my tenant as he was a footballer rather than a paying customer. I wouldn’t have paid the price I paid if I knew the bar service I was going to receive. I also then had to dispute with my tenant which took 5 months because they never chased it up. It normally takes up to 3 months but I never got any updates. I wouldn’t recommend this branch at all for any landlords and will be telling people I know not to use.

17th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Honestly without Declan I would not have bought my house. Having spoken to him about the kinds of property I wanted and the original mortgage advice I had been given. He suggested I meet Aidan and everything just went up from there. Although I didn’t purchase my house through Burchell Edwards the mortgage advice I received from Aidan put me in the best position to buy my first home. Also a special shout out to Gary who took over my mortgage completion he has been so helpful. Great team and would highly recommend! So polite, so easy to contact and work with. Thank you for making such a stressful process bearable!

I successfully won a property with no reserve and although the auction has ended. The auction was reopened as presumably they did not make enough money. This is not the first time. Very dishonest agent.

30th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Melvyn Danes, Wythall, were completely wonderful. I felt they were completely honest and professional and acting in our best interests at all time. They were very competent, calm and reassuring any time I had an enquiry. I recommend them without any hesitation.

The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.

24th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)Not very proactive. The initial marketing, adding to Rightmove was essentially all the marketing they did. There's an expectation that the property should sell itself and when it doesn't and asked what the strategy should be their only recommendation was to reduce. I had to chase feedback and there was a fairly lazy approach to coordinating viewing I.e. whatever was asked for rather than planning appropriate slots to suit seller availability.

20th Dec 2020 (3 years ago)When we were considering selling our house, we approached all the established estate agents in the area. We were informed of a new agency and felt we should investigate further. It was clear from the outset that EB & P were an exceptional team. Esther Broomall and her colleague Lucy previously worked with John Shepherd before his retirement, and have therefore gained great experience of the industry and the local market in Solihull and Warwickshire. They are exceptionally personable, highly professional and have prominent Rightmove presence. In making our decision, we put ourselves in the buyers shoes as to who we would like to deal with and it was clear that EB & P were streets ahead (no pun intended!). If you are considering selling or buying a house, we would highly recommend Esther and Lucy.
