I booked 4 different agents to come view the house, but in the end I went with just one as they were much better at just about everything, and I felt like they wanted to job more than the others.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
