19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours.<br>Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience.<br>Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service.<br>The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in.<br>A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently.<br>An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.

She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel under any pressure.<br><br>Safi was very kind, approachable, and knowledgeable, and her excellent communication made the viewing an enjoyable experience. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and the time she took to ensure I had all the information I needed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Safi to anyone looking for a property. Thank you again for your outstanding service!
19th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

I bought a house through them and at no fault of theirs the process took a long time due to broken chains but they were always great to work with. Ellie especially always kept me well informed and was always chasing the chain to keep the process moving. I actually spoke to Ellie more than my own agent through out it all so a special thank you to her for always being so efficient, professional and calm when I was feeling far from it! They will be my first choice in the future if we ever decide to move again.

28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Jodie was absolutely lovely to deal with and showed us around the property for a second viewing on a Friday in a heatwave, which is dedication to her job if ever I've seen it! They are a friendly team and have been on hand to answer any and all questions, and have kept the rental application moving fluidly throughout. We have been updated at every step of the way and it's been refreshing to deal with such a friendly team. I highly recommend Northwood Cardiff for tenants looking to move and I can't say a big enough thank you to Jodie for being a star during this process. I've been very recently bereaved during the moving process and being able to deal with kind and helpful people has alleviated some of the additional stress of this move. 10/10 ??????

They are personable and professional and enquiries were always answered promptly.<br>After a prior more negative experience with a different company, we felt that they listened to us and were invested in getting us moved promptly.<br>From valuations and discussion with Rich and Rob, to the seamless viewings with Nia, and especially Catrin and her patience and perseverance with the sale progression delays! We would highly recommend Tathams if you are looking to move soon!

She provided an incredible service.<br>She is very kind, professional and knowledgeable.<br>During the process she helped me understanding the different phases and she intermediated the works among my broker, my solicitors and the vendor’s solicitors.<br>She is very responsive and clear in her communication, she advised and supported me during the full process, showing a in-depth knowledge of London’s property market.<br>I am really satisfied with her excellent service, I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a property smoothly and with peace of mind. If it wasn't for the proactive, knowledgeable and empathetic approach, we're not sure the purchase would have happened. The service really was outstanding. 14th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Letting agent has been unhelpful and inconsiderate of the tenants' needs. Failed to offer any support when the landlord-provided refrigerator malfunctioned, repeatedly freezing and defrosting. Rejected upon request for basic cleaning materials for to clean the leaking fridge. Insufficient fridge space, got rid of personal fridge with only 1 day notice. Inconsistent cleaning schedule. There were periods where the cleaner only visited once every two weeks, which contradicts what we were promised. Maintenance requests have also been handled with delays.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

We had struggled in the past with trying to secure a remortgage on our flat and had some poor experiences with other brokers, so we were quite desperate and stressed going into this. Leah understood our situation and respected that we needed a quick and stress-free service, with plenty of communication.<br><br>Leah was a pleasure to deal with, and even after finding a mortgage we were happy with, she continued to work in the background to find even better options. She met our every need and was so friendly and accommodating throughout.
