Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

As an international student in the UK, I was unfamiliar with the renting process and found many aspects of it quite confusing at first. Walking into their office to collect the keys to our new home with a round of applause from all staff put the cherry on the cake. Amazing service
19th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)The house sale completed, but the experience with the sales progression team was poor. Their communication was aggressive and unhelpful. I eventually had to ask them to stop calling me. The service did not justify the fees charged.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

It didn’t always go to plan, which is to be expected when selling (& buying), but the communication throughout from both of them, & the whole team, kept me in the loop and I therefore had complete confidence in the Agent I selected while selling at a distance.

After viewing the property I made an offer and with some gentle negotiation, had my offer accepted ??????. Allen and Harris always return calls asap when required so I'm not left in the dark. Would definitely recommend ???????????? ??????
