Before choosing an agent, we had several larger estate agencies visit and provide valuations. While they all had their strengths, Sean stood out immediately. His professionalism, combined with a genuinely personable approach and obvious sincerity, set him apart from the others. We never felt like just another client; he took the time to understand our situation and was always approachable and honest. Throughout the process, communication was timely, clear, and consistent. Sean kept us updated every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Sean and the team. Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

11th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

They treat both landlords and tenants with genuine care, and that makes all the difference. Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. As an international student in the UK, I was unfamiliar with the renting process and found many aspects of it quite confusing at first. Sean made everything so much easier to understand, guiding me through the payments, documentation, and every step of securing my flat. He was always available to answer my questions, made communication with the landlord clear and straightforward, and regularly checked in to make sure I was settling in well. His patience, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and hassle-free.Sean went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.
19th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)The house sale completed, but the experience with the sales progression team was poor. Their communication was aggressive and unhelpful. I eventually had to ask them to stop calling me. The service did not justify the fees charged.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

A special shout out to Lydia who was always on hand to answer any questions, relay information and support in getting the sale over the line! Highly recommend
