19th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

17th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)This estate agent had viewings and I had to go to work on that day. I have an indoor cat and I have agreed to the viewings on the conditions that they would keep my flat door and the front door closed at all times not to let the cat out.<br><br>I predicted they would fail to accommodate this simple request so I have asked my neighbours to keep an eye to make sure my door was closed.<br><br>If wasn't for my neighbours informing me that the agent kept the front door wide open and my flat door ajar and me contacting their office immediately my cat would have gone out and potentially getting injured.<br><br>I even have a sign on the door that says not to let the cat out, a sign that was clearly ignored, because what part of leaving the flat door adjar and the front door wide open is keeping someone's pet (or child) safe?<br><br>Not sure if they just didn't care or lack common sense or comprehension skills. It can only be one of those three and neither is good.<br><br>Then all I received was fake apologies, blaming my neighbours for being vigilant and defending the agent who failed a simple request.<br><br>I wouldn't trust these people to be respectful of your properties

19th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I was advised to interview a few estate agents which I did but within in the first 5mins with Josh from Sell Right I knew I would be in safe hands . He came with a portfolio of properties he had sold in the local area and some in the same Crescent . His approach was just perfect . The video of my house was really impressive , the write up was realistic which meant viewers weren't disappointed. Ben was also professional and very easy to talk to . After just 4 viewings it was sold . Not at the final stage of this yet but hopefully will be no setbacks . Amazing team + highly recommended Sell Right .to any potential sellers. Those 5 stars were easy to rate .
23rd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)When we put our family home on the market James was the first agent to value it. We knew immediately that he was the agent we were going to choose. His professionalism, friendliness and extensive knowledge of the locale was second to none. James and Sara kept us informed every step of the way via a WhatsApp group. It was fantastic. The property sold and completed within 3 months which is incredible in this climate. Once it had gone under offer Sue at HQ kept us regularly updated with progress. A 5 star experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend .

I’ve been using Liam as my mortgage advisor since I bought my first house, and I’ve continued to go back to him ever since.<br><br>We’ve recently been renewing our mortgage with Liam, and once again he has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all of our questions and always makes what can feel like a complicated and stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>It’s so reassuring having someone you trust and know you can go back to, and Liam has always been professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor, and I’m really grateful for all his help over the years!
16th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Our experience with Peter Alan's Whitchurch branch has been a complete disgrace. They are incompetent at best and purposefully dishonest at worst. They created such a mess of the sale of our property, they encouraged us to sell our house at modern auction in conjuction with their colleagues in I Am Sold, who also have an appalling reputation for losing both buyers and sellers tens of thousands of pounds. Eve Pearson of Peter Alan and our Auction 'specialist' at I Am Sold encouraged us to put our house up for sale £50k under budget and then tried to gaslight us into believing this was a good deal for us. Then, Peter Alan staff will shove as many viewers through your front door as possible, knowing that this entraps you into owing I Am Sold an insane fee of 4.5% from the sale of your house, should you want to sell your house to anyone who viewed it through them, for 12 months afterwards.<br>We had a prospective buyer who wanted to buy our house outside of I Am Sold due to their horrendous reputation and so we challenged the fee stating that Eve should have informed every single interested person of these terms, prior to booking a viewing, and Eve said her colleague was responsible for this and was thorough with every person he spoke to before letting them view our house. We later found out from that buyer that this colleague was brand new to the company and not only did he have zero conversations with the buyers ahead of the viewings, in fact the first time they ever spoke was when they met in person at the house viewing, but he even shared openly that because he was new to the company, he had no idea about auctions! Not only did Eve leave someone completely unqualified in charge of our property which she was supposed to be dealing with herself, but she then threw him under the bus to cover up her own mistakes.<br>While we've escalated our complaint to the Connells Group, both about the catastrophic handling of our property AND the sheer lack of integrity of the staff at Peter Alan's Whitchurch branch, we know that Peter Alan and the Connells Group are one organisation and therefore are incapable and unwilling to admit any wrongdoing. As such, we've had to escalate our concerns to the Property Ombudsman as we are alarmed by the gross misconduct perpetrated by the staff. I would strongly recommend avoiding Peter Alan at all cost to save yourself the dire consequences of their inept practice. Peter Alan wasted 3 months of our time, destroyed the value of our property and then just expected to quietly walk away and leave us to deal with the mess they created.- 19th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Initially I met with Jean who was excellent and took time to explain everything After he moved offices I dealt with Ria and Joe who always updated and advised me.
