18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

2nd Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

10th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)I rented a property from diamonds Caerphilly for 3.5 years, and the experience was positive. Throughout that time they were supportive and any issues resolved promptly. The property itself was comfortable to live in. The pricing was fair and my deposit was returned without problems.
24th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)" In the first fifteen years of their existence Powell's Rural Surveyors have established an enviable reputation as the place to go for those selling property with land. So, in November 2025 I asked them to market my property in Monmouth with nearly half an acre of land. Sophie Pilot was my allotted contact at Powell's and in the period November 2025 to completion of sale in April 2026 , performed far in excess of my expectations. This was in respect to viewings, support and resolving issues with those in the chain. This was particularly important in the last week before exchange when real issues arose. She worked late, including weekends harassing those who were causing delays and ensured that progress was maintained. I would thoroughly recommend Powell's if you have a property with land to sell and Sophie as the person to handle viewings and deal with purchasers " Regards David Cummings

He showed me around a property on three separate occasions and was always helpful, approachable and happy to answer any questions. My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.
4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.
