19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)For starters, if there were an option for 0 stars, Harry Harper Lettings would have earned it with flying colours.<br>Nothing quite says "welcome to your new home" like finding raw fish left in the freezer, eight full bin bags decorating the garden, and a mould-ridden bedroom that had clearly never seen treatment. It's a truly unique move-in experience.<br>Communication was equally impressive. If you've ever wanted to spend your time speaking to robots, being ignored altogether, or being passed between people who don't know the answer and have no intention of finding it, you're in luck. Customer service appears to be treated as more of a theoretical concept than an actual service.<br>The grand finale? Being charged £400 from our deposit when leaving, despite the condition the property was handed over in.<br>A letting agent's job is supposed to be managing properties and supporting tenants. Harry Harper Lettings seem to have interpreted this somewhat differently.<br>An amateur operation at best. The rental market deserves better, and tenants deserve their rights.
16th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I had a great experience viewing a property with Safi. She was friendly and professional, and she made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel under any pressure.<br><br>Safi was very kind, approachable, and knowledgeable, and her excellent communication made the viewing an enjoyable experience. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and the time she took to ensure I had all the information I needed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Safi to anyone looking for a property. Thank you again for your outstanding service!
19th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

Would thoroughly recommend.- 22nd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)I have not yet moved into a property with this estate agent but am due to next month and I just wanted to highlight the service from Josh today. After having a lack of communication regarding the tenancy for several months I called the office and was passed over to Josh who is not usually who we are in communications with for the house.<br><br>He listened to every single one of my concerns, explained the agents side of the situation, and actioned everything within the hour, keeping myself and other tenants in the loop and communicating with the landlord on our behalf.<br><br>This is rare service to receive from an estate agent and he is clearly a testament to the team. Housing is a difficult topic to discuss and he put my mind at ease instantly.<br><br>Thank you again Josh!

28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Jodie was absolutely lovely to deal with and showed us around the property for a second viewing on a Friday in a heatwave, which is dedication to her job if ever I've seen it! They are a friendly team and have been on hand to answer any and all questions, and have kept the rental application moving fluidly throughout. We have been updated at every step of the way and it's been refreshing to deal with such a friendly team. I highly recommend Northwood Cardiff for tenants looking to move and I can't say a big enough thank you to Jodie for being a star during this process. I've been very recently bereaved during the moving process and being able to deal with kind and helpful people has alleviated some of the additional stress of this move. 10/10 ??????
11th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

They treat both landlords and tenants with genuine care, and that makes all the difference. Communication is always clear and timely, and I’ve always felt confident that my properties and tenants were being looked after properly. It’s rare to find an agency that balances professionalism with such a human touch.<br><br>Highly recommended.

They are personable and professional and enquiries were always answered promptly.<br>After a prior more negative experience with a different company, we felt that they listened to us and were invested in getting us moved promptly.<br>From valuations and discussion with Rich and Rob, to the seamless viewings with Nia, and especially Catrin and her patience and perseverance with the sale progression delays! We would highly recommend Tathams if you are looking to move soon!

7th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We have moved many times across the country and Matthews are far and away the best estate agents we have ever used. Deborah priced our house exactly right and worked tirelessly to get and manage our sale, despite challenging personal circumstances. The help and support she and David gave us when our solicitors went into administration was above and beyond. Deborah found us a new firm and helped expedite exchange and subsequent completion so effectively that we only lost about three weeks overall. Worth every penny of their fee and two of the nicest, most professional people you could meet. If you are thinking of selling your home do not go to anyone else.

20th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)When I decided to sell my house, I had a few quotes from local agents. Andy at Moving You and his team were by far the front runners. He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
