His professionalism, combined with a genuinely personable approach and obvious sincerity, set him apart from the others. Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . Sarah and Maddison were excellent throughout. They were always friendly, professional and quick to respond, and made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. Communication was excellent and I was always kept informed whenever anything needed to be arranged. A big thank you to Sarah, Maddison and the rest of the team for all their help. I would happily recommend Chris Davies to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

A deduction was proposed from my deposit for a cracked window, but before obtaining multiple quotations or even arranging for a contractor to inspect the damage in person, a price was provided over the phone. The amount quoted appeared excessive and unreasonable. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I was not refusing to contribute towards a fair and justified cost. My concern was that no effort seemed to have been made to obtain a competitive or evidence-based quotation. I repeatedly asked for a more reasonable price or an independent assessment, but this was not properly addressed. I believe tenants should be treated fairly and any deductions from deposits should be supported by transparent and reasonable evidence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Professional and great at getting people through the doors, he was available when I needed him, including on weekends and as on top of chasing the buyer and following things up. Having dealt with a few estate agents during the process of moving house who were nowhere near as competent, I would firmly recommend Red Dragon.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

Deborah priced our house exactly right and worked tirelessly to get and manage our sale, despite challenging personal circumstances. The help and support she and David gave us when our solicitors went into administration was above and beyond. Deborah found us a new firm and helped expedite exchange and subsequent completion so effectively that we only lost about three weeks overall. Worth every penny of their fee and two of the nicest, most professional people you could meet. If you are thinking of selling your home do not go to anyone else.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.
