19th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I have been a client of lettings2sales for 20 years so can speak from experience here , originally met Mike and put a property on for rental which was fantastic and then did the same with a couple more . Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

The staff were always easy to contact, and the landlord was also very friendly. Any issues we had were addressed promptly. Highly recommend them to anyone. Nicole was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when she showed us around the property. Would definitely recommend!

17th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)This estate agent had viewings and I had to go to work on that day. I have an indoor cat and I have agreed to the viewings on the conditions that they would keep my flat door and the front door closed at all times not to let the cat out.<br><br>I predicted they would fail to accommodate this simple request so I have asked my neighbours to keep an eye to make sure my door was closed.<br><br>If wasn't for my neighbours informing me that the agent kept the front door wide open and my flat door ajar and me contacting their office immediately my cat would have gone out and potentially getting injured.<br><br>I even have a sign on the door that says not to let the cat out, a sign that was clearly ignored, because what part of leaving the flat door adjar and the front door wide open is keeping someone's pet (or child) safe?<br><br>Not sure if they just didn't care or lack common sense or comprehension skills. It can only be one of those three and neither is good.<br><br>Then all I received was fake apologies, blaming my neighbours for being vigilant and defending the agent who failed a simple request.<br><br>I wouldn't trust these people to be respectful of your properties- 28th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Helpful, friendly and polite team have handled lettings and sales for me over a period of years now. 12th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Renting through Sales & Lettings Angels was a thoroughly stressful and frustrating experience. We were handed over a property that already had pre-existing issues—including broken cupboards—yet they attempted to deduct money from our deposit for those exact damages when we left.<br>During the tenancy, we also had to deal with serious damp and mould problems. Although the issue was eventually resolved while I was living there, they tried to use the tenancy's end as an opportunity to hit us with unfair charges. Even though all keys were handed over properly, they tried to claim for "missing keys" and attempted to push excessive, unwarranted deductions out of my deposit.<br>Fortunately, the deposit was secured with the DPS (Deposit Protection Service), who conducted a fair and independent review and ultimately returned my money back. Their deposit claim process feels predatory and dishonest.

I was the buyer, Deborah, and David could not have been more helpful in dealing with all aspects of property purchase including conveyancing advice to a South Wales Company who were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and answers came quick and fast well done Matthews Estate Agents, I can highly recommend their professional services.

23rd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)When we put our family home on the market James was the first agent to value it. We knew immediately that he was the agent we were going to choose. His professionalism, friendliness and extensive knowledge of the locale was second to none. James and Sara kept us informed every step of the way via a WhatsApp group. It was fantastic. The property sold and completed within 3 months which is incredible in this climate. Once it had gone under offer Sue at HQ kept us regularly updated with progress. A 5 star experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend .
