4th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)Disappointing customer service as a potential tenant. I had a viewing at a property, and was advised to email any queries about the property, which I did that evening. As I didn't receive a response, I sent the same query to another 3 email addresses I had over the next few days, to which I received no response. The property was then removed from their website, reappearing about a week later saying it had been let.

We felt no discrimination during the viewing and letting process, which she expertly assisted us through, so we felt extremely at ease working with the agency.

From the very start of the process (e.g. viewing, singing contracts), to arranging the repairs whilst living at the property, right to the very end of the contract (e.g. deposit return), everything was seamless and swift. Hannah and Sue were always so friendly and happy to help, dealt with issues quickly and nothing was too difficult for them. Thank you for a professional, yet friendly service from start to finish - would highly recommend!

From the initial referencing and checks, through to moving in I cannot give them enough credit. Unlike any other letting agents I've ever dealt with. Friendly, professional and quick responses any time we've contacted, would highly recommend.
4th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I chose Northover & Williamson to market and sell my late parent’s property as I wanted to use a no-nonsense family business based in Rumney, with good knowledge of the area and its associated sales trends. I was not disappointed; the sale was agreed & the suggested asking price achieved within weeks, and the sale progressed within the timescale I wanted. Any issues arising were dealt with quickly and efficiently: special mention to Olivia and Abigail for their friendly and helpful service, and for progressing the sale through to a successful conclusion. I recommend this Company with confidence!

She provides an excellent service at James Douglas.
8th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Avoid this company at all cost. The only likeable thing about that office is the dog. Tried to swindle us 2500 at the end of our tenancy to which we had a solicitor look at and we received 2300 back. I personally had to move out the room due to a leaking window, that took 4 months for someone to have a look at. It was nearly impossible to contact them. When I finally managed to get them on the phone the owner of the company was rude and not helpful in the slightest and I believe only answered the phone to have an argument. Genuinely Had to put the phone down on her i was getting a migraine. Recently my house mate sent our new rent to them, this in December. After contacting them immediately and then then trying to hold the money, progressing to we will send at end of week. It was only once involvement of court was involved the money appeared. They will either ignore my review, or claim they have no record of me on the system. Truly awful company.

8th Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)My house sale was protracted with lots of obstacles and difficulty but Nick Worlock stuck in there where I feel others might have lost heart and kept me informed at every step and twist in the process. Overall very please with the outcome Nick did a marvellous job and I would recommend to anyone wanting a personal touch as opposed to the corporate approach by larger organisations which serves no benefit in this day and age of internet browsing

2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)We had our house valued by Charles because we wanted to buy ourselves out of the Help to Buy scheme. It was valued at £415,000. Our neighbour's house, which is exactly the same, has just gone on the market for £395,000. I'm not sure why our house was valued at £20,000 more than the neighbour's; it's the same house but 10ft to the left. I mentioned at the time that it seemed like an overvaluation. We obviously have to pay 20% of the valuation to repay the Help to Buy, so we were disappointed and still think £415,000 is a high valuation for our property compared to others on our estate.
