14th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.
10th Jan 2025 (18 weeks ago)cannot recommend Ferriers Maesteg enough ! I have to praise Reese especially for her commitment and support selling our home . From valuing the property to completion I have nothing but positive words for the service we received . Highly knowledgeable of the area and customers demands and needs . Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????

17th Apr 2019 (6 years ago)I have used Martin Shell for my Energy Performance Certificate twice now, as very reasonably priced. On this occasion he has gone beyond his job by notifying me of a repair outside that I, nor my tenant noticed that I am now able to address. Thank you Martin.

2nd Jul 2019 (5 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.
31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Even quickly sorted out a second viewing of the property for my son. A lovely, more personal approach to buying a house. Will recommend to anyone I know buying/selling!
