18th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.
10th Mar 2025 (18 days ago)We tried 2 other estate agents without any success before we went with Harris & Birt. We initially met Caroline when we viewed a property Harris & Birt were selling, & both my husband & I were very impressed with her so we decided to sell our house with Harris & Birt. Firstly, they sold our house almost immediately, & secondly the communication from Caroline has been fantastic. We have never had to chase her for information, she dealt with the sales progression as well which was a real bonus and she went out of her way to push the sale along. Her attention to detail & commitment to us as the vendors has been outstanding. Now we’re about to move out & she’s even found someone to clean the oven when the oven cleaner we booked let us down. Harris & Birt are without doubt second to none & if you’re looking for an estate agent you can rely on I strongly recommend you try Harris & Birt.
19th Apr 2024 (11 mo. ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

1st Dec 2024 (17 weeks ago)Having been recommended by a friend. We had damp problems with our roof. Jason and his son came out the same day and rectified it. They were very friendly and professional.We have since used Jason for other work, and I will certainly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you Jason.
25th Feb 2021 (4 years ago)This agent did not provide any terms and conditions. Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

5th Feb 2025 (7 weeks ago)From calling out to provide a property valuation for probate to going on to sell the property our experience with Payton Jewell and Caine has been first class. Despite us initially selecting another estate agent, who had valued the property too high they failed to sell after 3 months and had only one viewing, Catherine Caine kept in touch with us throughout this period, When we decided to change agents, and were only in the area for a matter of hours, Catherine called out immediately to go through everything and give her advice. We changed to Payton Jewell and Caine and within 3 days they had done several viewingsand sold the property. Following the sale the service never faltered and Clare kept us informed at every stage, even going out of her way to deliver documents on our behalf to solicitors. The whole experience with this company and the service they have provided has been exceptional. Thank you Catherine, Clare and the rest of your team for all of your help and fantastic service

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

He was always on hand and went above and beyond his duties on several occasions, ensuring the smooth running of the transaction. Dealing with some tricky solicitors and some difficult interactions, Richard made the process as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend.

2nd Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

Rachel from the team took us on two viewings, she was friendly and knowledgeable, and has been great in taking us through the process so far, and is always contactable with any queries we may have.
