19th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .
26th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Jennifer was very helpful with in putting me in touch with Mortgage support, even though we are not buying in Pontypridd Jennifer was helpful in advising us on how to get a mortgage as we are first time buyers and we felt comfortable discussing our needs with Jennifer. I would recommend speaking with Jennifer if you are after advise and support in taking your first steps into the property market.- 16th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Firstly, it really helped that office works so tightly together, with everybody well informed on the properties on their books. As with most properties there is a lot of back and forth and the response rate on this was fantastically fast, always someone at the end of the phone (definitely the strong link in the chain). They understand the market, transaction and legal process intricately, and on many occasion gave top notch advice on this that you would struggle to find elsewhere. With the help of Richard and his team, were able to complete on a transaction that might have otherwise been a lot harder had we not gone to Watts & Morgan. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for professional and highly qualified estate agency.

12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)

Their photographs of my property were appalling and they totally ignored all of my concerns about their shameful service. They did not put an offer to me that they received on my property and told me what solicitor they wished to use for the conveyancing prior to any consultation with me. They have an appalling sales record compared to other local agents who sell properties far quicker than this incompetent agent who completely ignored my concerns AND instructions throughout. I can not put into words how shameful this agent was in dealing with the sale of my house. Concerns and instructions ignored and not acted upon this disgracefully incompetent agent took over 15 months to sell a very desirable property on a much sought after estate. Please refer to GETAGENT to see the shamefully disgusting time these ametures take to sell properties compared to other local agents. DISGRACEFUL service from an incompetent and out of touch, arrogant estate agent.

Steven visited our home the following day and we had the required information within 48 hours. We would not hesitate to use Steven/Allen & Harris in the future and would recommend them. Thank you

1st Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)We would highly recommend Watts & Morgan. Our house was sold quickly and for a value we were happy with. Even though we were in a chain, the completion was speedy and we received regular updates throughout the process. We would definitely use again.

It wasn’t until my contract ended and I chose not to continue that they actually promoted the house properly by which time I had to tell them they hadn’t removed it from advertisement as per my request. I wouldn’t use them again unfortunately

Even when the shortcomings of the conveyancing solicitors became abundantly clear toward the end, she chased and harried all parties to get it over the line and we're very grateful to her and the rest of the HRT staff. Recommended!
