27th Apr 2026 (7 days ago)Extortion Alert!! I paid £100 cleaning fee after checkout without any invoice or services listed and then they demanded £120. Even after disputing it they are threatening with adjudication and even more fee on top of it. Never explained what adds up to £220 cleaning.

19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

We ended up choosing a different agent because we preferred a fee structure based on the final sale price rather than the asking price, but Gayle’s service was top-notch. We’d certainly be happy to buy a property through her in the future.- 23rd Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

22nd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
7th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)The sales team were friendly and efficient. Communications about viewings and feedback was good. The listing process and marketing were also good. After some weeks or marketing I felt three was more pressure to accept a lower offer than I had wanted to than I thought necessary. A great deal of effort was put into getting a sale, not necessarily the best offer. Overall all staff were friendly and reasonably efficient, though sometimes with communication being initiated by me and not the agent post offer.

James was a very nice chap, had deep knowledge of the local market and suggested the listing price I was expecting. The fees were very reasonable and the whole process ran quickly and smoothly. The drone shots of the house were impressive, excellent photography and very quick to get listed on all of the main platforms such as Right Move and Zoopla. HRT arranged multiple viewings the first week following listing and I recieved an offer at the asking price one week after listing. Extremely impressed and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend HRT. They would certianly be my first port of call if we were to sell a house again.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

12th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Review for Fine & Country Cardiff – Deeply Unprofessional and Untrustworthy I strongly advise anyone considering buying a property through Fine & Country Cardiff to think twice. We dealt with Gemma, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. From the beginning, the team were overly pushy and dismissive of our concerns. But once the sale was completed, their attitude turned outright negligent. Despite purchasing a high-value property marketed as a “smart home,” no one had the courtesy to hand over the keys in person. Instead, we were told they were “in the mailbox” and that was the end of their involvement. Upon arrival, we found the garage door was broken and unopenable. An engineer has since confirmed it must be completely replaced at a cost of £2,000. The bathroom sliding door is stuck, meaning steam from the shower floods into the room. And most critically, the entire smart home system is inaccessible. We were given login details linked to an email address that is not ours. After 10 days of calls, emails, and speaking to the U.S.-based provider, we still cannot even turn on the lights. Fine & Country Cardiff have made no effort to assist. No follow-up, no explanation, and certainly no responsibility taken. Their behaviour has been unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I rarely leave reviews, but this situation has caused serious stress and inconvenience. Avoid this agency at all costs. They disappear the moment the payment clears and leave you to deal with all the problems they never disclosed.
