After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.

4th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.
9th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)As soon as I engaged with Darlows to sell my home it was on the market immediately after signing the contract, the viewings began and the responsibility was out of my hands as Darlows staff met and showed the viewers around my home while I could relax and get on with my work, I was informed on viewings and feedback throughout the sale, Jacqueline Morgan was exceptional kept me informed and directed me to contact my solicitor when needed. I would highly recommend Darlows to those looking to sell as they have all the knowledge to support on all matters relating to the sale of a house.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.<br><br>Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. 1st Nov 2025 (1 year ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.- 7th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I have changed agents. 1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)Steven was extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything with our new property and was always easy to get hold of, accommodating and was probably the best agent we could have had! He helped put us in touch with our mortgage broker who basically moved mountains for us, and Steven just made everything feel so easy. Even on completion day, he helped the whole chain move smoothly behind the scenes and never came across as stressed or annoyed by us badgering for updates! If we ever forget the stress of moving again and choose to sell, we will 100% use Steven!

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
