I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

24th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We could not have been more satisfied with the professional confident knowledgeable and friendly service provided by Whiteheads when selling our house. From the very start every aspect of the process was handled by them in an extremely professional confident way. Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.

The sales process is poor not to mention the communication or lack of it from the staff and the general customer service is left wanting. If you want to sell your property then don’t waste your time with this estate agency as they tie you in for a fixed term and do absolutely nothing to get the property marketed effectively and sold. 26th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We've had a bad experience through the whole process of selling a property. They over value the property and fix their fee. Then advised us to put on at a lower guide price so we didn't get the price for the property we wanted. Your fixed in a contract with them for 16 weeks. The agent that was doing a viewing let a family member of our buyer tamper with the electric box and leave it unscrewed with fuses left out. We then had to wait 3 days for them to send an electrician round to sort it out.
