Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.

They did their job well, and everything moved forward as expected. The only thing that could have made the experience even better was a bit more proactiveness in communication. While we had a sales progressor, it sometimes felt like we had to take the lead in checking for updates. It would have been great if they had been more involved in keeping us informed and reassuring us throughout the process. That being said, they were professional, and everything went smoothly on their end. If you’re buying or selling, they’re a solid choice—but a little more hands-on support could take their service to the next level. Based on our experience, we would recommend them as an estate agent, especially if you’re looking for your first home.
19th Mar 2025 (9 days ago)John Shepherd are the worst letting agents I have dealt with. Staff are poorly trained and don’t understand tenancy deposit laws and rules. Failed to return undisputed deposit funds back for 6 months. Please avoid them at all costs.
