3rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.

From the first tentative call about a possible valuation, we have met with consistently friendly, approachable and knowledgeable members of the team. Our property sold quickly and was totally hassle free. A joy to work with!
3rd Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)Munro Neil and Osborn couldn't have been a better letting agency over the last 7 years. Went above and beyond when I needed a house in 2019. During the time I was in the house they kept a discreet distance,whist always ensuring repairs were done timeously. Especially gratefull for them organising a new boiler at very short notice the day before I came out of hospital. Thoroughly recommend this local friendly agency.

12th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)I sold my house in West Lothian through Cruive. I had previously used a ‘local’ agent who generated only a single viewing in 6 months. I went for Cruive after a personal recommendation and meeting with Judith, whose professionalism and knowledge of the market really struck me. The whole team, Emma and Cara as well as Judith herself, were fantastic. The overall experience was superb, from the production of great quality photos, to dealing with the team regarding viewings and feedback. I was particularly impressed that the whole team from the office came to view my house, in the belief that it would help them “sell” the property if they all knew what they were talking about. After my previous nightmare with the very poor West Lothian agent, Cruive were a breath of fresh air. They generated immediate viewings. Within only 4 weeks I received 2 offers at a price I was looking for and agreed a sale. Can’t speak highly enough about this company.
19th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Given 2 business hours to pay a deposit for a rental. The request made by email at 3.15 pm. I paid the deposit and was told the flat would be taken off the market. Another email 6 days later to say flat was no longer available. The flat remained on the market the whole time and still is. Whilst I now have my deposit back this is not how to do business. For time critical and key communication phone calls are a minimum. I have requested for assurances that my personal information given as part of the guarantor application process have been deleted, I have not yet received those assurances.

28th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was a tenant for over two years in one of their properties with this company and It was amazing all through. From the staff to the housing processes. The most amazing part I would never leave out would be how committed to answering and coming over to the house or the property whenever we had any challenge or issues. They were really handsome and responsible. I’m truly amazed by these show of dedication and operational sense. Thanks guys
