I was kept informed throughout the process giving me greater peace of mind that my property was in good hands. The level of service is the best I have ever experienced from an estate agengy. The staff are so on the ball and no request was met with a no. I will use this firm in future and I can't recommend them enough to friends and family. Due to personal circumstances the process was not the easiest and there was a lot of pressure on Home Connexions from the other side of the chain. Karen handled this impeccably which helped everything fall in to place. We are so happy with our new home so big thank you to everyone involved!
8th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!

The process of selling my flat was explained to me by Alan when he valued the property; any concerns I may have had were soon gone. Kevin arranged for photographs to be taken, home report and property to be put on market and subsequent viewings. I couldn’t believe how efficiently Kevin and the team dealt with the sale of my property. I would recommend Kevin and the team at Igloo Hamilton for ensuring a positive stress experience when selling property.

Joyce herself is very straight talking and gives very good advice and realistic figures as to what to market the property for unlike some agents who value the property unrealistically high to get the business which can inevitably leave vendors disappointed. Our last house sold in 3 hours with Joyce Heeps! I highly recommend Joyce and her team.

Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

The pre contract and after sale care experience was notable for the quality of information, integrity and customer care. Having moved house several times in my adult life this was by far the best Estate Agent experience by a considerable measure. I would recommend Unicorn ( Mount Florida branch) without reservation

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

8th May 2026 (13 days ago)We have recently sold our home with Scott and his team at Miller Estate Agents. From the first meeting, I knew this was the right choice due to Scott's professionalism, knowledge and being really down to earth. We were unsure when we would actually put the house on the market due to us not finding anything to begin with, but Scott kept in touch with us and as soon as we were ready, he organised everything super quick and the house was on the market that week once all sorted! Our house sold within a week and this was down to Scotts work and Marc being amazing with the viewings. The communication has been next to none with constant updates and being available for any of my questions. Dealing with Scott and the team (Marc & Leanne) has been a fantastic experience and not at all stressful (as people tell you selling a home is!). Can't recommend them enough!

Audray and her team helped immensely in making the whole process as smooth as possible! They passed me on to a mortgage broker - Alan - who was very friendly and professional as well as a solicitor to complete the transaction. I would highly recommend this agency.
27th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Connaire helped us sell our house at the Cowglen development in Glasgow. He was fantastic from start to finish. Connaire did everything from replying to enquiries to carrying out the viewings and I think this way of working really helped get us a good buyer. I can’t recommend him highly enough, everything has been so smooth from on the market to selling. We are still going through the process of getting our buyers in but the team at Kelly have been great and keep us informed at every step.
