With their proactive backup and professional input and oversight, they have brought a consolidated plan together for the direct benefit of the property owners and tenants. What would ordinarily have been a challenging and frantic time for all the involved parties, has been made stress free, and provided all of as with a clear and confident way forward towards a resolution. Lori Bell talked me through everything I needed to know and made the process smooth and stress free, cannot thank her enough for all her help.
6th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Absolutely first class service. We had a few blips along the way with an offer falling through and so we moved to Countrywide. From beginning to end the service from them was super efficient. They had a vision for how to sell the property and get an offer that worked for us. They absolutely delivered and we got a huge volume of support from Nicole and the team. They weren't the cheapest of the estate agents we spoke to but I honestly believe that the other agencies would not have got quite the return that we managed. So it paid for itself.
4th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I have been using Your Move Estate Agents for almost 3 years. From the start they have been professional, polite and do what they say they will do. Their contractors are also professional and will do their very best for you.
15th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)When the valuer first came to see our property we were very impressed and excited by his demeanor, he was very enthusiastic and he promised us he could get us top market prices and that he would have “no problem” in selling our home. We quickly found out that Igloo don’t phone you to inform you that you have a viewing as we had people turning up to view our home when we were unaware and not ready to have a viewing. Also days would go by after we did have a viewing without Igloo letting us know how it went or even that they were having trouble contacting the viewers. It took 6 months for us to sell our home, with us phoning Igloo several times to discuss lowering the price or changing something in our property. Not once did anyone from Igloo phone to discuss how we could sell the house quicker. In the end we lowered our asking price by £15000 and sold it that morning. Had there been a more accurate price put on the property, or Igloo had called to explain that the market was fluctuating then the property would have sold quicker and we would have been able to look at new properties rather than still making mortgage payments on the property we were in

9th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. Poor service. Impolite staff. Scraping the bottom of the barrel to take your deposit, after being forced to leave after only 7 month tenancy due to the poor condition of the property overall, from weeks without heating and cooker/ oven, to damp and mould issues causing illness to name only a few. You have to chase everything as promises to call you back don’t happen, they don’t want to deal with it and can’t get you off the phone quick enough when there’s issues. I could honestly go on and on about all the service failings throughout. Felt forced to accept a ridiculous deposit reduction as I could not deal with the stress they had caused any longer throughout and after the tenancy. Would NEVER trust to rent a property through them again personally. *EDIT To your response, you’re very good at passing blame to the landlord, you failed to accept responsibility for your service shortcomings, failed to acknowledge the poor condition of the property i had to live in, or rude staff encounters. I tend to only leave positive reviews, this has nothing to do with "a kick on the way out". Northwood Falkirk has been far from a delight to deal with, thats all.

Their surveyor who met us at the property was very professional, gave us excellent advice about works to enhance the presentation of the property. The sales brochure/ website was well presented and the admin staff were all very friendly and kept us well informed.
16th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)I recently used premier properties for the purchase and sale of my new and old home where I dealt with Ray and his colleague Stephen. They were on top of things at all times and ensured a smooth process with home report, viewings and offers. If I ever move home again I’d be happy to use them.
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
18th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

Craig and Lisa are so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful the service they provide is 2nd to none, they kept in constant touch with us throughout absolute brilliant service and brilliant people thank you so much.
10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Stefan at Batchelor estate agents was highly recommended to us from a friend of a friend to sell my house. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Stefan was very professional. As it was our first time selling he was clear and patient at explaining everything and was always available to answer any questions no matter how big or small. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and ensured that we were treated like a priority. He went out his way to make sure every detail was taken care of, from photographing, advertising my home, organising the home report and arranging viewings. He excelled at every step. His after sale help was also to the highest standard, explaining what happened next and answering any further questions. We would definitely use Stefan in the future if ever selling again and recommend him to anyone who is selling their home. He made what could have been a stressful difficult time very enjoyable.
