We didn’t have the smoothest of Sales and Nicola was there for us throughout and we got there in the end. The whole team was very professional when dealing with the viewing stage- couldn’t have been better!

We have dealt mainly with Conor and Ruth and the quality of service has been exceptional. We are so grateful that they made what can potentially be a very stressful time, much easier with their speedy responses and attention.

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.- 26th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

From the first tentative call about a possible valuation, we have met with consistently friendly, approachable and knowledgeable members of the team. Our property sold quickly and was totally hassle free. A joy to work with!
5th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Nicol Estate Agents made what for me, was a very emotive sale go through seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.
9th Dec 2025 (16 weeks ago)I have been using Dallas McMillan Solicitors for the past 5 years or so, they have handled my last 3 property moves and I could not be happier with their service. Prior to using Dallas McMillan, the previous property lawyers I used I found to be slow to respond, unclear about processes and quite stressful to deal with however, the exact opposite is the case for Dallas McMillan. Everyone that I have dealt with at this firm including Rachel, Abbey, and Richard have been nothing but helpful, quick to respond, and completely put you at ease during a stressful time. I have also used them to create my wills and again, the service has been completely easy and smooth. 1000% recommend this firm.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached. Would highly recommend using Gavin and his team and would use them ourselves if we’re ever brave enough to move again. Thanks to all.
