Selling a home can be an incredibly stressful and emotional experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent from start to finish – always keeping me updated, quick to respond, and completely on the ball throughout. The ladies were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely friendly, warm, and great fun to deal with.<br><br>During what was a very emotional time for me, they supported me far beyond what I expected from an estate agency. At times it felt like I had a team of therapists cheering me on! They were always there to listen, offer reassurance, and guide me through every step of the process. By the end, I felt like I’d known them forever.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for their clients, I would absolutely recommend Home Connexions. 11th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Don’t understand the criteria of application. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

5th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

18th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
17th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
14th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We were moving from Glasgow to Airdrie and came across Arrowhead estate agents as they were selling our new house.We were instantly impressed with Gavin on our first viewing and asked him if he would sell our old house aswell, It was the best decision we could have made.<br>The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Gavin’s knowledge of the industry and professionalism shone through throughout the process, we felt extremely valued as customers and Gavin was always on hand to answer any questions we had.<br>Gavin and his team managed to sell my house within a fortnight for a price we were very happy with, whilst negotiating the best deal for us with our new purchase, all within a very reasonable rate.<br>We worked with Arrowheads financial adviser Thomas who was also great to work with , Thomas made himself available to us throughout the process and completely removed any stress due to his financial expertise and competence.<br>We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Arrowhead Estate Agents.Due to the teams professionalism , hard work and very high level of customer care , our whole moving experience was enjoyable rather than stressful,and we continue to recommend them far and wide.<br>Thanks again Arrowhead
