He’s always been really helpful and made sure we received all the regular services we were meant to such as boilers services.<br><br>The couple of times we had a minor issue he was quick to sort it out and always checked in to make sure this was resolved. He is really easy to deal with and genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great estate agent!

They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.<br><br>In particular, I can’t thank Alison enough. She has been absolutely fantastic — always on the ball, keeping me updated throughout and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I always felt like everything was being taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind.<br><br>The photographs of my flat were also absolutely stunning. They were beautifully presented and really showcased the property at its best on the website, which I was so impressed with.<br><br>I’d also like to mention Chris, the mortgage adviser at Slater Hogg. He was so attentive, calm and patient throughout the whole mortgage application. He was always quick to get back to me whenever I had a question or query and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Overall, I’m genuinely delighted with the service I’ve received from Slater Hogg. From selling my flat to arranging my new mortgage, everything has been handled so smoothly and professionally. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

From my very first meeting through to accepting an offer, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. A special thank you to Stacey and the rest of the team, including the lovely younger trainee team member, who was also incredibly professional, friendly, and a real credit to the company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent service. My property was priced appropriately, they kept me informed at every stage, and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. Their knowledge of the local market gave me real confidence, and I’m delighted with the outcome. Living with disabilities means everyday tasks can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They took the stress out of the process and always treated me with kindness and respect. That compassionate approach made a genuine difference, and I’ll always be grateful for it. I’d also like to praise the independent Home Report surveyors they arranged. They were equally professional, thorough, and helpful, providing an excellent service from the outset and making the entire process even easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines expertise, outstanding customer service, and genuine care for their clients, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peachtree Properties. At every step in the process I was kept informed of progress with almost daily updates. Once the flat was sold and the date of completion delayed they told me not to worry about their fees.<br>I cannot recommend the staff at this branch enough for their professionalism.
