We didn’t have the smoothest of Sales and Nicola was there for us throughout and we got there in the end. The whole team was very professional when dealing with the viewing stage- couldn’t have been better!

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

9th Jun 2019 (6 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.

From the first tentative call about a possible valuation, we have met with consistently friendly, approachable and knowledgeable members of the team. Our property sold quickly and was totally hassle free. A joy to work with!
5th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

Nicol Estate Agents made what for me, was a very emotive sale go through seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future and would 100% recommend them to family and friends.

Keller Williams Scotland must also be recommended for their diligent handling of the final handover.
30th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I cannot fault Penny Lane Homes. They kept me informed every step of the way in the sale of my flat. Even when the sale fell through at the last moment, they were straight back on the phone to other interested parties that had previously viewed the flat, and they had found another buyer within 48 hours. Would definately use again.

27th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much
