6th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Special mention to Shannon and Emma who couldn’t be more helpful with the entire process. They both made the made the move effortless and we’re always keeping me updated with each stage as it progressed.

The entire marketing and sales process was very proficient and speedy and I was amazed that the property was surveyed and advertised within a couple of days and incredibly sold within the week. The staff kept me well informed along the way on our progress. I can confidently recommend them.

5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

When visiting our house for a valuation, all measures were taken to comply with COVID-19 instructions. We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
