Carol knows the apartment complex. She assisted with preparing for viewers and organised the photography and virtual tour. All interested parties were contacted and accompanied viewings organised. A painless process from start to finish.

I am delighted with Norrina, the agent appointed, it would be impossible to have anyone more competent, thoughtful, or helpful to deal with the intricacies of the sale. Exactly the person we needed, someone we could completely trust. The house was bought for my daughter in 2006, but soon after she needed to move and was trapped by negative equity in 2008, into having to let the house rather than sell, and became an unwilling landlord, living two hundred miles away. At last it became practical to sell and Norrina, living locally was able to smooth the way, as a good friend, not just an agent, working with the tenant, arranging home report, viewings, a solicitor, everything needed in the most harmonious manner, to everyone's satisfaction. The house was soon under offer, and conclusion of the sale is expected shortly. I was concerned, living so far away, and not knowing professionals in the area, and not wishing to unduly disturb the tenants who were good people who had hoped to buy the house themselves, but unfortunately, despite all the help Norrina provided were unable to do so. It is a great relief to finally have the house sold with the minimum of stress.
