20th Nov 2025 (9 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

2nd Dec 2025 (8 weeks ago)Used Munro & Noble back in 2018 for my flat purchase, was impressed at how smooth the process was. I returned to use their services in 2025 for selling my flat and purchasing an onward property, again a smooth hassle free process. Would easily recommend again for future.

18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We had a very good experience with highland residential. Very good with the communication with our buyers. We were very happy with the service they provided. The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.
