9th Jun 2025 (6 days ago)Bought a house advertised by Poole Townsend completing in December last year. They were patient with me asking lots of questions over the course of the sale, and responded to enquiries/worked through their steps within a reasonable amount of time. I especially appreciated the people who were in the office when I went in to collect my keys, as they were really friendly and shared my excitement for my new home! They must see a fair few people come in for keys so it felt really nice that they were still able to smile and celebrate with me!

Open and helpful about showing my friends and family the property I was buying, when I was in New York and couldn't be there. I've done FaceTime with Wendy so much that I feel like she's part of the family! Now I am in my beautiful new home! Highly recommend!

16th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Farrell Heyworth have to be amongst the worst letting agents in the North-West. I have been forced to give them 1 star as it is impossible to leave them ‘zero’. They have habitually made mistakes in the management of my property, costing me hundreds of pounds over the 9 years they have ‘managed’ the property. I am finally rid of them, to discover they cannot locate the house keys. The employee who undertook the inventory failed to return the keys to the office and went on annual leave! They have failed to take final meter readings because they allege they cannot find the meters, despite mentioning the meters in the inventory report and taking them on many occasions in the past. There is absolutely nothing I can say that is positive about FH. Use anybody but them, if you need a letting agent!
