Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach. We are very grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend the Savills Wilmslow team to anyone looking for estate agents who are committed, responsive and willing to go above and beyond.

Yoanna keeps in constant contact with us and deals with any issues arising at the property promptly, obtaining very competitive quotations for repairs / replacement items etc. In summary, a really professional and friendly service.

We had different work schedules and each time she went out of her way so we could view a property. 1st Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)When I requested information regarding about some rental properties it kept coming back with an error. The requests must have sent and I had a patronising email back saying ‘thank you for your numerous enquiries’. I let that slide by and tried to get a viewing, which took ages for a response. I was working away on the days they requested, I asked for any other dates, received zero response. I emailed a week after asking again for alternative dates with zero response. It was like I was pestering them to view a house. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this letting agents.
