12th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Overall our experience working with Michael Anthony was positive, there were a couple of times where we weren’t receiving feedback after the viewings from them, but once we raised this they then ensured they got back to us in a timely manner after that. We didn’t always agree with their approach to pricing but we didn’t feel any pressure to make decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Dani and Derek were great to work with and we are happy with the sale we achieved.
3rd Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)If I could have given no stars I would have as this letting agent is worse that awful and the lowest of the low. My brother, who is a vulnerable adult rented from them for over 10 years, the studio he rented at 4a Kimbolton Road, MK40 2NR (now under ZOOM Property) was/is still a death trap and absolutely no maintenance carried out. He was given a section 21a eviction notice because Zoom Property were taking over the property and despite many emails and phone calls which they have totally ignored, they have FAILED to return his security deposit of £375. I am now having to take them to the small claims court. MUBARAK, AMAJIT and SAM KHAN, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!!
30th Nov 2016 (7 years ago)The agents were great, have kept us up to date with the progress. We picked them because they had a clear plan for selling the house and new the area we'll - we sold in 48hrs of being on the market for above the asking price and above what we thought we might get

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

This was my first ever purchase of a property, so i was new to the whole process, but my estate agent maid the process feel easy and not so daunting. If ever i had any questions he was always on call to answer and reassure me.I felt he handled it professionally and worked quickly to get to the completion of the sale. In conclusion, i was very happy with them as my estate agent and would definitely recommend to anyone as they provided an excellent service.
24th Oct 2019 (4 years ago)Helpful when I called them, but it seemed their information and information from the purchaser's solicitors to my solicitors differed. What I thought would be a straightforward sale turned out to take over three months.
8th Aug 2018 (5 years ago)Contacted them 3 times and on each occasion was promised a call back. After 3 attempts I have still not heard back from them, clearly this is a company that does not value customer service!!
