Mark met us on the day of delivery and went over everything about the proberty he is very friendly and good guy. We definitely recommend using Your move.
17th Jun 2025 (24 days ago)As a buyer back in February, everything was great up until the exchange/ completion day. It was very unorganised and a huge disappointment. The estate agent wasn’t aware that we were completing that day so wasn’t in possession of the keys, and asked if I could wait till the evening to collect the keys as the seller had taken them to work. Eventually when I was able to collect she gave them to me outside and swiftly left, no congratulations, didn’t show me where the fuse box or anything was and as a first time solo buyer this was a big deal and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Not sure I’d recommend if you are a first time buyer as it was a disappointing end to what should have been an exciting moment.

Thanks to his dedication and expertise, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We’re truly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage advice. 28th Jun 2025 (13 days ago)Fantastic Agents. Used CP Ampthill for both purchase and sale. Jake handled our sale and helped us purchase, Sasha was our sales progression. Extremely professional, efficient and proactive in both areas whilst developing a genuine friendship throughout the process. Never had to check/chase anything and never failed to get through to speak and seek guidance. Jake is very easy to work with, has a reassuring depth of knowledge of the area and does exactly what he says he will do. Sasha is a phenomenal agent who manages to skilfully orchestrate all parties to move the sale to completion. CP Ampthill are the best agents we have used.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

6th Jul 2025 (5 days ago)We received a first class service from Toby of Fitzjohn estates from the start of our purchasing process through to completion. Toby kept us informed, and if there were any issues he took them on board and got them resolved quickly. Even after we moved into our new home, he called a week later to make sure we had settled in OK. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fitzjohn Estates as they look after both the Vendor and purchaser.
