Her dedication and desire to help us and offer quality service is evident and she continues to offer support, being very patient and attentive to my queries. As a result, I am a very happy tenant in a new home that I already love within a few days of moving in. Also a special thanks to Oliver who had made an extra trip to deliver the keys! 28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Home by name and home by nature. My dealings with Home Estate Agents has been nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I was shown around the property by Rob who was very welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable. After making an offer on the property Rob handled negotiations between myself and the sellers and made sure that we had come to a reasonable agreement where all parties were happy. Once the offer had been accepted Ash was handling my case who was absolutely brilliant, giving me regular updates, chasing solicitors and helping to move the process along. A lot of people including myself dread dealing with estate agents as there doesn't seem to be any level of customer service in the world of today however, I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough as they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond for you to make sure that your sale goes through as smoothly as possible. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of Home Estate Agents and their impeccable service during a process that can be very stressful, they put you at ease and always do their best by you. 29th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold our property in Great Barford using Cooper Wallace, and from start to finish they have all been fantastic!<br>Ben was brilliant coming round to value the house and take excellent photos.<br>Nicole provided flawless communication regarding viewings and prompt feedback.<br>Jemma kept us perfectly updated with regular progress reports on the sale.<br>A special mention has to go to David, though. At times we thought the sale was going to fall through due to the buyers' solicitors not playing ball. David truly did everything he could to make this happen, and we cannot thank him enough! His hard work and dedication enabled us to secure our forever home.<br>Thank you, Cooper Wallace! We would highly recommend these guys if you are ever thinking of putting your house on the market.

Gary, James and the whole team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and did an excellent job of selling our house.<br><br>They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and we were always kept up to date, which made what can be a very stressful time feel so much easier.<br><br>A special mention has to go to the photographer. The quality of the photographs was outstanding and really showcased our home beautifully.
