2nd Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I rented my property through Savills in Sunningdale for more than 40 years, and throughout the whole time was very impressed by the high level of service and professionalism of the team. The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. Special praise goes to Alison Withers and to Leah Cyprus, who were my primary contacts and to whom I am greatly indebted.- 21st Jul 2026 (6 days ago)We wanted to say a big thank you for all the help, support and guidance given to us by Doug and Joe during our recent purchase. We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We felt that they were working for both the buyer and seller equally and worked hard to get everything across the line. We would highly recommend using Savills. Thank you for all your hard work.
23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with my experience.<br>I viewed a flat in Papworth through Connells on Friday 19th June and absolutely loved the property. Before the viewing, I had noticed that an identical listing through another agency, Leaders, had already been marked as “Let Agreed.” As the two listings appeared to be exactly the same flat, I raised this concern with the Connells agent during the viewing. He reassured me that the property was still available and suggested that the Leaders listing must have been for a different flat in the building.<br>Based on this information, we submitted an offer that same evening. The following day, Connells sent us paperwork to complete and sign, clearly identifying the property we had viewed. We were even told that we could potentially move in from 29th June. On Monday, when we called for an update, we were told that they were waiting to speak to the landlord and that we would soon be able to pay the deposit.<br>However, today (23rd June), after chasing for another update, we were finally informed that there had been a miscommunication between the agencies and that the flat had actually already been let through Leaders before we even attended the viewing.<br>This was incredibly frustrating. Not only was our time wasted, but our hopes were raised unnecessarily over several days. At multiple points, we were led to believe that the property was available and that our application was progressing, when in reality it had already been taken.<br>To make matters worse, the agency is still actively advertising the property, which only adds to the confusion and suggests that the listing has not been properly updated or managed.<br>Arranging viewings outside of standard working hours has also been extremely difficult. It’s ironic that those of us working full-time to meet the income requirements needed to rent these properties seem to have the hardest time accessing viewings in the first place.<br>Mistakes can happen, but better communication between agencies and more accurate information being given to prospective tenants would have prevented a very disappointing experience.

The Bedford team are mentally agile & well led by Jonathon Tolmie, Jack led the sale with diplomacy and was professional and polite throughout. It was a bit of a journey to get to completion (as moving house always is) but Cooper Wallace were excellent at keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Rob managed to get the house on the market within 24 hours of us calling and he sold it less than 3 days later, with two very interested parties meaning we got an offer over asking price, which is everything you want as a seller. David called at least once a week sometimes more throughout the process to keep us updated so we always knew where we stood which really helped us as we packed up and planned our next move. Overall really great service, I would definitely use these guys again, thank you!

8th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)On numerous occasions I have returned their calls. They in return say they will call back ? So I call back, next time they are still at lunch 2pm. They promise to pass on that I am trying to return their calls. Nothing happens ?<br>They have very poor communication skills both with landlords and renters. I am just in the middle, and seldom hear back.<br>In the end for years ( 16 ) to be precise I have put up with freezing cold winds coming through my bathroom window, and they promised to speak to the landlord, over and over again. It was not before I held some of my rent money back I got a reaction, and 6 months later on, I eventually got a new window. Now I am fight for the next ones.<br>Meanwhile rent goes up. Maybe we have a public tribunal on our hands ? Out of the three different estates agents, this property has been rented out by, Leaders are the worse by far.

From negotiating the asking price to chasing towards completion, everything was smooth and efficient. My offer was accepted at the end of March, and the process was completed at the end of June. Our move from Dundee in Scotland to Biggleswade, could have been a lot more stressful had it not been for this lovely, friendly, approachable team who were always happy to go above and beyond in arranging several visits, often at quite short notice, for us to view some houses on our short visits down from Scotland. They were always extremely professional and caring with a pro -active approach, learning our needs and desires of what we wanted from our new home. With an incredibly deep knowledge of the local market, they soon identified a house that suited our needs, exactly. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted. Kennedy & Foster made us feel we were highly valued customers from first contact to completion. They are a team that go the extra mile on a daily basis. 14th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Ensum Brown, and in particular, Gabriella, have been simply outstanding.<br><br>From arrangement of the first viewing, meeting Gabriella and viewing the property, through to arranging the tenancy, all the queries that came up in the interim and then moving day and beyond, the level of service has been exceptional.<br><br>Gabriella has always responded fully and clearly to all our questions (in a very timely fashion) and has supported us with each step of the process. Now that we’re moved in and had something further to query, once again the responsiveness and support have been great.<br><br>I have rented homes in a number of countries and had to deal with a good number of agents over the years. This has been by far the best experience.<br><br>Well done to the Ensum Brown team on setting such a strong example of how the industry should operate and once again well done and thank you to Gabriella.
