19th May 2026 (19 days ago)We have recently sold our old home and purchased our new one with Your Move?, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Despite putting our house on the market during the winter, we had plenty of interest. All viewings were arranged with a few days’ notice, which made everything easy to manage, and we received helpful feedback after every viewing. Toby and Will hosted all of our viewings. They always arrived on time and brought lots of smiles and energy when meeting prospective buyers. Chris deserves a special mention for patiently putting up with my many phone calls! He was always on hand to offer advice, answer questions from our solicitor, and provide support throughout the entire process. I’ll admit I got a little grumpy at times, but the team at Your Move completely won me around with their professionalism, patience, and good humour. We originally put our home on the market on a bit of a whim, but with the support and encouragement of the Your Move team, we quickly felt ready to sell. We are now sitting in our new home, happily enjoying a glass of wine and still not quite believing that we actually did it. Thank you to everyone at Your Move for helping us through such an important milestone. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

30th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Rob gave us a very pleasing valuation of our house and went on to find a buyer within a week. Our onward purchase and move to Surrey has proved to be difficult but with help and advice from Ash, we have been able to resolve the problem with Ash being instrumental in holding the lower chain together. Both Rob and Ash were always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend their services.

Daniel is friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, keeping us up-to-date proactively and offering his advice and expertise as needed. You won't find a better option and I wish all estate agents operated like this!

There are plenty of competing agents around all of which may be ok but I must say the service from Astons was very good. Well informed throughout the process and everything has gone smoothly. Most people don't sell homes too often so when you do then it makes a huge difference choosing the right agents. Thanks to Stuart and his colleagues.

We had 4 weeks to move and property waitlists were full. I spoke to Debbie who was very quick to help, arranged a viewing and also suggested other properties available. Debbie has been so kind and helpful throughout our moving process. She has kept me up to date, contacted me to check in and has processed all forms very quickly for our move to make sure we got in and settled. I would highly recommended country properties and Debbie! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us and feel very lucky for all Debbie has done for us!

14th May 2026 (24 days ago)Sold our house for asking price in less than 2 months on the market. We suddenly had a lot more viewings after switching to Urban & Rural. Previous agent couldn’t sell after 4 months and we barely had any viewings with them. After the sale, Debbie was really helpful in getting us over the line and making sure all parties were in the loop.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

15th May 2026 (23 days ago)They've been advertising a property for months which is under offer, without listing it as 'under offer' or 'subject to contract' online. I confirmed this in person when I visited the shop. This is either to encourage gazumping or to generate enquiries for other properties. Either way, such shady practices undermine the integrity of the market and worsen the experience for both buyers and sellers.

17th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

2nd Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Ruth has been a Godsend. She rings with updates when no one else seems bothered. She is always positive and upbeat even when news is not great. This house move started in January 26 and without Ruths feedback I think I would have cancelled the whole process.
